The most unprofessional office I've ever dealt with in my entire life it's crazy that these are the types of people that decide whether you're disabled or not. this entire system has become one big political succubus , this isn't about anyone's health whether you're disabled or not it's whether the state thinks you deserve some help. it's literally like a popularity contest. I've been on hold with this local office since 10am it is now 12:19 noontime. These people do not care about us. Since I've been on my disability my worker has not spoke with me one time. then come to find out three years later she was not even competent enough to handle her job. Not one interaction in years after reaching out in the beginning almost on a monthly basis. And the quality of care in this area is non existent. Good luck finding any treatments locally where you can stick through the one program the entire time without switching to another. Just to find its the same all over town. One big political hack.its one big scheme. And this local office is basically a women's club these women up there are always joking about and taking long lunches but hey they are only in charge of your social security checks. No big deal

Almost impossible to get through on the phone. From trees wait too long. And it hangs up on you. I also work and need to occasionally get in touch with them about my sons benefits.

We requested to file several appeals and weren't given anything to sign as we requested. I felt like we wasted our time going in, in person .a week later we get a letter in the mail saying that they were upholding their decision without us even being given the chance to prove why it had even been

They had no problem taking my SSI away under false pretenses now that I've been awarded it back they're taking their sweet time and giving it to me there are several steps we need to go through they say but yet there's no problem taking it from in the first place 1 year and 4 months ago and very quickly my I add I don't blame some of the people that work there they are very nice and sweet to me

My wife and I went to the office she just received her residency a stamp but didn't get the card itself the lady refused to process her application since then it's been 3. Months she still didn't receive her SS card and got her green card 3 weeks ago.Bad service when you can get your paperwork cause of profiling .

I had to have some changes made. I went in, the wait was short, the person who helped me was very nice, and the changes were made the next month.Thank you for all you do, I'm sure it's not an easy job, just from reading the reviews before me.

Been trying for 4 days to get in touch with office...5 or 6 times a day. anouncement says hold for rep...than more anpuncement to push 1, 2 , 3 etc for whatever...nothing for person.ONCE i got thru...sadly, the petson on the other line did not hear me.Why is this so difficult???Frustrating, since one cant VISIT!Not w local # either. Its a toll free number????Ugh!
