Great place to deal. There was no wasting of time moving from one office/salesperson to another. Viewed vehicle, test drove, made a deal, signed papers and out the door well within 2 hours. Worst experience, They don't know what they are doing. I have rotated my tires and they didn't reset the tire sensors, even after i requested them, they still forgot this is the second time facing this issue with them. Today, i took my vehicle for tire repair, and one of my tire sensor is not reading. after repair they failed all my sensors in four tires and giving lame excuse of they have connection.After being a loyal customer to them over the years, they lost my trust. never going back to them.

Wonderful service department!! I was visiting family in Chatham and noticed a big fluid leak under my car the day my puppy and I planned to leave. A Sunday, when everything was closed. These wonderful friendly guys agreed to take a look, they said they probably wouldn't be able to fix but could diagnose and tell me if it was safe to drive. They quickly identified an oil leak from broken basket, topped up my oil, tightened the broken gasket to the extent possible, slowed the oil leak to almost nothing, and told me I should be fine to drive back home to my usual dealership mechanic. They did this all in less than 10 minutes and didn't even charge me! And thanks to them, the puppy and I indeed made it safely home 500 miles away rather than getting stuck in the middle of nowhere with no oil. Thank you!!

always top notch service from the team here, good prices as well, breaks the idea of the dealer being the most expensive... they were the cheapest by nearly half for a 4 tire installation. always worth a call to compare pricing for service and parts.

Had a really bad experience with a mechanic here several years ago. Went to get a quote recently and he's still there, still the same ignorant women don't know vehicles and are less then men attitude. I'll go back when he retires, the rest of the staff I spoke to were nice.
