Don’t waste your time and money by going to this extremely unprofessional salon. They obviously don’t know what they are doing.Went in for a regular shellac manicure. The lady removed my nail polish with electric file that are used for gel acrylic nails. See the photo and you’ll see how much she damaged my nails. This after being soaked in water.When I asked why she has removed and buffed this much she simply said that’s how we do it. Her other colleague admitted that she has damaged my nails ( see the photo). I also told her that I don’t want my nails shorter which she filed them short!! After me complaining why are you filing them short she replied “ calgary is so dry”.Her other colleague took care of painting my nails which was also done in a sloppy and rushed way. I have nail polish underneath my nails and on my cuticles and it’s surrounding which never got clean. She also told me to put my hands under UV for 4 minutes !!!I was so frustrated that my nails have been damaged that all I wanted to do was getting out of that place. She didn’t even bother to finish the manicure. I asked to talk to the manager and she said the manager is at home now !

I've had a pedicure and have had my nails done here now. Both visits were great. Love the massage chairs and the lady who did my nails spent a lot of time making sure the colors for the ombre nails matched the picture I had brought in and that I was happy with them. Great service and good prices.

I went last minute to get a pedicure done with a girlfriend. The place was clean and the staff were really friendly. When I got home and took a closer look at my toes I noticed half my nails werent painted. The nail polish did not go to the end of my cuticle, some of the side of the toenails werent painted. I'm not super impressed. I have a lot of nail polish on my skin too. Kind of looks like an amateur did my pedicure.

Extremely unprofessional. I went there to remove my nails today. As you can see in the photo, they did not even remove it fully and the nail shapes are inconsistant. Never coming back again!

First time getting acrylics here and I had a great experience, I booked an appointment on the phone and everyone was super nice. The guy that did my nails, did a great job and I am really happy with how it turned out.

Me and my mother in law came here for acrylics and absolutely love them! They lasted 3 weeks and still going! Not bulky, and the women took time to really shape my nails and make sure they were all the same and even!

Went for a regular manicure and not a good experience. Got yelled at by the staff, clean up of my nails was absolutely awful, got told off for not picking a color fast enough, had to ask them to clean up the nailpolish that was on my skin multiple times and the person was very rushed. Definitely not returning

Went to get some fake nails removed I got at another place and the staff is so standoffish. It was a walk-in on a weekday at around noon and the girl that helped me made it look like I was wasting her time by asking for this service? It's still a service, and she was literally doing nothing when I walked in. So I guess I wasted her time?Just like the review below, they didn't even take off my nails completely. She drilled it down to be thin enough and put a top coat on it. She didn't even BOTHER to file the shape so they looked somewhat even. I've gotten my nails removed at other places and even by another nail tech here before and they ACTUALLY remove the fake nails, make my nails even, and put on a top coat and offer hand cream. She did the bare minimum with an attitude to match along with it.I truly don't understand how this place can ever get a good review. I've given them multiple chances throughout the years because of how close they are with smaller services, nail removal/manicures and it's always been mediocre results with a really really rude and annoyed attitude. No way I would ever trust them with a full set or a fill. But maybe they'd be fake nice and happy since that's a more expensive service than a mani or nail removal.Take your money elsewhere. Sage Hill and Beacon Hill area have better options to try honestly.

I’ve been getting my acrylic nails done for about 6 years. Recently switched over to this one. They’re incredibly fast. I’m on my third set. Fill and new colour take 45-60 minutes and they look great and last a long time. Prices are also a lot cheaper than downtown for only $50. I think I found my new go-to nail salon.
