10/10 recommending Wendy to every single person I talk to, her coaching has changed my life in so many ways. I'm a person who struggles with anxiety and depression and have been through every medication you could name. Her holistic approach was very different for me but I was already feeling better after our first session and it's only gotten better from there. I now have the tools to manage my mental blocks and push through them. I'm more proud of myself than I've ever been for what I'm able to get through and I truly thank Wendy for getting me there.
