Brad is not like the rest. He is truly about the experience and relationship. His engagement to talk to clients about their lives, their family, and their life goals is what sets him so far apart for other Realtors. He is fully engaged to learn what you are looking for with out asking the text book questions of how, when and where. In fact I don't think he even had to ask. He knew what we needed, wanted and how to get it for us before we did. He works fast in terms of response times and getting us information we needed when we needed it. Our house was on the market for 20 mins and we already had 4 showings booked. In two days we had 36 showings and 10 offers. Brad controlled the showings amazingly and was so hands on checking on the property, shoveling the walks, turning lights on and off, doors locked. All the things you shouldn't have to worry about, he took care of to make sure our home was in good hands. He organized all offers and dealt with the fine print to have all conditions and dates to fit exactly what we wanted. It was almost to easy, at least for us. OH.... did we mention he sold the property for 105k over asking price!!! Because he did. He helped us find our next home and saved us 60k from the original listing price!
