In 10 weeks, Kelsey helped me lose 10lbs and put on some serious muscle!I found Vancity Training Camp on Classpass about a year ago when my company started a corporate membership. Coming out of the pandemic, my goal was to build more muscle and fix issues that stemmed from inactivity and sitting in front of the computer all day for work. Coming into the class, I had a chronic back problem that I had been battling for a while. Kelsey’s group classes were outstanding from the start. Even in a group setting Kelsey would ensure that everyone was taken care of. She works with everyone and is attentive and provides great coaching all around. On top of that, everyone in the classes have been super friendly and professional.After a few classes, I started working out by myself and going to the gym but after battling a back injury and not being consistent with my gym sessions, I realized that I really needed to take things seriously if I wanted to rehab my back and reach my goals. I decided I needed a coach to help me get to where I wanted to be and started going back to Kelsey’s group training classes. Then 10 weeks ago I decided to purchase an ongoing program and nutrition plan from Kelsey. That was the best investment in myself that I have ever made. Within 2 weeks, I felt a strength difference. Within 4 weeks of starting the program and nutrition program I noticed some serious results. Today marks 10 weeks since starting Kelsey's program and since then I have since lost 10 pounds and put on some muscle. I could not be happier at where I am and how far I have come. I had the goal at the start of the 10 weeks to see my abs for the first time in my life and at the 9 week mark I started to see the first signs of my abs for the first time ever! During the 10 weeks I also took a week off eating my way through Montreal and 4 days off drinking my way through Kelowna so I might have been able to lose more weight and see more gains!I highly recommend Kelsey’s group training classes, programs and nutrition plan. I have brought friends and family to train with Kelsey and they have all enjoyed it! I even brought my mom and she loved it too! Kelsey works really well around all skill levels and injuries!I will continue to work with Kelsey through her group classes, coaching program and nutrition plan and I can not wait to reach my new goals, get stronger, look better and be in the best shape of my life!Thanks Kelsey!!!
