Broke down on highway 15 east of the henday. Tow truck was there within the hour. The driver (Doug) was very friendly for a 6am call out on Saturday morning, and very skillfully lowered my vehicle right into my garage for me. Would highly recommend.

I was not able to be at the pickup or drop off for this particular tow , and had the keys on my person they went out of their way to pickup the keys from me and get the job done.They started the rig for me and gave me the information I neededHighly recommended no hassle, positive attitude above and beyond what was askedAnd at a great price as well.

I am not one to write reviews so this is odd for me. However yesterday I contacted this company to assist me as I was stuck on the side of the road. Lesson of the day…don’t park facing downhill when low on gas. I called and spoke to Gary and he said he would be there within 30-35 minutes. He made to me faster than anticipated, which was great because I was freezing. He put some gas in my vehicle and when I went to start it still wouldn’t start. Another lesson, don’t turn on the heat or stereo while waiting for rescue. I drained my battery. Gary then hooked up to boost my battery. He allowed me to sit in the truck while he did this as I was shivering cold, we chatted a bit and then finally my vehicle started. Still facing downhill Gary then offered to follow to the gas station. I made it to the gas station safely, I thanked Gary and he went on his way. About 5 minutes later Gary called to make sure that I was still ok as I turned off the vehicle to get gas. He didn’t have to do this but the fact he did is why I am writing this review. I felt the service I received was top notch. Not only did he show up earlier than anticipated, brought gas, was so friendly to allow me to warm up in the truck, boosted my battery, and then followed me to the gas station, all of this for a very reasonable cost. I have dealt with other businesses and they couldn’t of cared less about their customers, it’s all about the $$$. Not with River City Towing, they exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to use this company again :) Thank you again to Gary with River City Towing. Your service and the kindness you showed me was appreciated more than you know.

My wife was in a quite a serious accident (suv was totalled) Gary came in quick response, had all the equipment to put the suv on dollies and lit up the accident scene like downtown. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend River City Towing to anyone.

Excellent customer service! I needed a boost while in the upper parking lot at West Edmonton Mall at 11 pm and he was not able to get to me because the height restriction was too low and the truck would not fit under. He was able to contact mall security and have them remove the bars so he could come and help me. He stayed in contact with me so I was aware he was trying to get to me too. Very much appreciated!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I called these guys and they were at my location within minutes with good spirits and smiles!My key broke off from my key fob and got stuck in my car door in the middle of winter.They went above and beyond and even fixed my key for me because it was the only key I had for my car and my car won’t start due to security reasons if the fob is not connected to the actual key. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Gary was excellent, said he would be 40min and was there in 25min to tow my car. Hook up was done during rush hour in under 10min. Very kind and hospitable, prompt and made sure all was ok. Would highly recommend.

I called River City to help tow my truck after I had two flat tires just off the Yellowhead. They asked lots of questions about the state of my vehicle and where I would like it towed. The quote they gave me included a detailed description for how they planned to tow. I was very impressed with how upfront they were. No surprise additions to the quote charged. And they came in 30 minutes! I would gladly call them again.
