Do not waste your time and money!!!!We got the large breakfast it cost 65.77 for three adults…. I saw the guy pour water in the beans cause they ran out. He was scrapping the bottom of the pan, they basically gave us bean water. I told the lady at the till and she offered a small « dessert » to compensate. And it was awful! The petting zoo?? There is no petting zoo! Just animals in cages and you can’t even fit your hands through the cages. The only thing we enjoyed was the toffee on the snow. They had close to nothing left in the shop.

Went during March Break on a Wednesday morning. Booked a ticket online. The parking lot is MUDDY - wear rubber boots 100%.All the staff was wonderful. It may be different on the weekends but on this weekday it seemed like activities were minimal. The petting barn was pretty run down (not in a danger to animals or people sense, just lots of repairs could be made), and only a few animals were able to be seen. Goats and bunnies mostly. It was quite crowded inside. There was a rundown sign near the old sugar shack with a clock that said “next tour in…” but clearly it had been destroyed by many kids and/or weather. There was no one to chat with to “take a tour” or to teach the kids how to make syrup. VERY self-guided experience. No education signs, or direction signs really anywhere explaining the steps. We felt more like we were on a hike in the woods with some sap lines and other families running around. There was a man in the shack, but he wasn’t putting on a show for us or anything, just quietly watching the sap.Lots of porta potties - yay! Fairly clean too.The meal was a separate price but it was delicious - Meating’s makes great food! Again, the staff in the eatery were FANTASTIC.I didn’t see any hot dog or s’mores kits for sale like it had mentioned online, but also the two fires we came across were smoking and definitely needed to be tended to (around noon).HUGE PLUS: like five or six play structures for the kids. My kid spent 95% of our time here and that was the highlight of her “sugar shack adventure”Definitely room for improvement in the whole “maple bush” experience. Someone to explain different types, the process etc - especially for young kids & families who didn’t grow up here. But having Meating’s on-site for food is a huge benefit. Will probably seek out a different experience for my kid next year to learn more about the process of making maple syrup. But if you just want to have a delicious pancake breakfast & run around some play structures, eating maple taffy - this is the place for your family!

Had a great time here today.Wagon rides were fun and the guy tells jokes the whole way.Breakfast was delicious! I didn’t know but the company “Meatings” does the catering here now.My one complaint is I bought 7 maple syrup taffee’s on the crushed ice and 3 were big and 4 were tiny. At 3.99+ tax each I wasn’t impressed.

Was really hoping to have a great experience here but it was the opposite. Very confusing ticket experience…we were given tickets valid for a dessert and drink. We wanted to do maple taffy but also have coffee with our breakfast. With only one ticket given to cover both of these (but both being in different locations), it was confusing for both us and the staff. The breakfast was absolute chaos. We were seated with a menu and then told to go stand in line to order. The line was all around the dining room and there was no clear message of whether we were to wait there for the food or go back to our table. This is where the issue with using our ticket for coffee also became a problem. The lovely staff member serving coffee was kind enough and just gave us the coffee…which we later realized was so weak it was basically just water. The eggs were watery and the beans tasted like lemon (?!). We then went to do the rest of the sugar bush “experience”…but there wasn’t really one to be had here. Did not see signage indicating where things were, and ended up just taking the wagon to the kids play area (which was great)…but we also could have gone to a playground somewhere else for free. After reading the reviews…there was a petting zoo? Some signage might have helped to direct us to that. Random thought as well-why are there still skeletons from Halloween everywhere? Overall I’d consider this a pancake breakfast with a playground and not an educational experience about how maple syrup is made.

Went strawberry picking and it was a great time. Staw is placed in the fields to not get muddy feet. Staff drive you a short distance to the fields. There were plentiful berries.

My whole family had such a wonderful time yesterday at Proulx farms. Their was so much for the children to do. The bouncy castles are a nice little touch to the experience as well.We did all the activities included and bought some nice items from the shop. During the wagon ride we stopped to get off at the pumpkin patch. We visited the patch took some nice photos and picked a pumpkin then made our way back to get picked up by the next wagon. No one wanted to get off the wagon to go see the pumpkin patch which left our entire group waiting for another wagon. The driver radioed for another wagon and within a couple minutes another wagon was there to pick us up. It was very accommodating. The decorations were so fun as usual and can see how much work went into it. The staff was also so friendly so helpful too. It was a great day. Thanks so much Proulx Farms for the day.

Although we had read some negative reviews, we decided to give this place a chance since people often complain about trivial matters. We arrived at the restaurant at 11am, but unfortunately, the cold weather made our wait even more unpleasant. We had to wait for 30 minutes to catch the shuttle to the restaurant, and when we arrived, we were met with a long queue of at least 50 people. After waiting for another 30 minutes, we realized it would take at least an additional hour to get inside. The restaurant appeared to be poorly organized, which was disappointing because the location was beautiful. Ultimately, after spending more than an hour shivering outside, we decided to walk away. Our experience left us feeling very disappointed.

What a charming lovely place! Took the kids for the Halloween Theme set up and it was a very wonderful experience. It helps of course with nice weather, and this past weekend it was exactly that.Parking was ok, they were organized fairly well for it.We went slightly on the earlier side (arrived 11:30 or so) and spent many hours enjoying all that was available. They put a lot of effort into it, that's easy to see. There is a lot to do for kids and adults (who can still enjoy the kid within) and we all felt quite satisfied. There are play structures, various mazes, a cute wagon ride with a few stops you can get on and off to enjoy further amenities, pumpkins to pick, haunted houses, a petting zoo, and other activities. The rest room station was actually well done, for what it was, and of course the natural charm of the farmland itself was just Halloween Fall appropriate. You can bring your own picnic or buy some snacks there, there are tables but also plenty of places to sit and take breaks. This is obviously a picture friendly place so be prepared to take out your phone (or other camera) and have a blast.*Spoiler*The main large haunted house proper, can be very dark, so you may wish to have the flashlight ready on your phone or so, if you branch off ahead. We did. It was a fun experience.*Also, the corn maze was very muddy.. be prepared and bring proper footwear! This was a great experience and we will come back.It was about $60 for 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 9).Cheers
