I recently moved to this neighborhood , this is my third time going to this life labs. With no doubt I could say one of the best service ever, the staff are simply super friendly, with beautiful smiles, they make you feel welcome and well taking care of, in my case every time they mention my medications, the blood thinner and make sure I stay long enough to not to bleed. The ladies in front desk are super professional and efficient , friendly . All together very pleasing and satisfying lab. Thank you for your service.

They were so quick and kind. My requisition was able to be emailed to them so I didn't have to go find a printer first. Total time waiting was about 20 min.

As pleasant as a blood clinic can be! I believe you can book appointments online though I went in as a walk-in at around 10:00am on a Monday. Was told it would be around a 45 minute wait and it was indeed. The staff working there were pleasant, and the nurses were very friendly. I went for the blood test and am happy to report that it was a painless experience. There is a bed in case you’re feeling light-headed or would prefer the blood drawn while laying down, and the nurses are very understanding if you need a few extra minutes to rest due to the aforementioned light-headedness (that was me). Don’t know how often I’ll need my blood drawn, though I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.

The receptionist Kim is very nice and sincere. So are the staff working inside.

Worst lab I've been to. Other than the employees, there was no other patient in the lab when I arrived. I stood at the waiting area and waited to be called to the counter. They saw me, stared at me for a second, and proceeded to chat with each other. When I proceeded to the counter, the staff had a rude attitude towards me, as if I was in the wrong for interrupting their conversation.

I walked in this morning and the kindness and attention of the staff was great! A lot of people started to arrive during my waiting, times were adequate to the flow of people. Nurses and reception were friendly and great attitude.

I waited an hour and 30 minutes at this clinic, even though I arrived at 7:15 AM. It’s clearly understaffed (only one person drawing blood), making the wait times unreasonably long. I even had to wait an extra 10 minutes after getting to the chair. I’ve been to many LifeLabs and this one, by far, is the WORST when it comes to wait times.

I can here on one of the busiest days but had a stellar experience. Why? I checked in online and waited for all of 5 minutes. Lady who took my blood was very nice and had a pleasant sense of humour. She had just helped a girl in chair 1 who looked like she was about to faint and talked her through like a pro. My left arm stopped giving blood part way through so she had to tap the other arm. My body’s fault not hers. Saddens me to see, “No violence in the workplace” everywhere; must not be an easy job. Cut the phlebotomists here a break and go about enjoying the rest of your day.

I booked ahead of time with the save my spot feature on their website. I barely waited 15 minutes upon arrival. They have a tv with your name and wait time in the waiting room if you’ve booked ahead with save my spot. Very nifty.It was my first time getting blood work done and my nurse was super. If you look around while you’re waiting they have signs and papers everywhere explaining how to take care after blood work. Very useful.I told my nurse that it was my first time and she made me feel very comfortable. I asked if it would hurt and she was honest with me. It was short, sweet, and easy.All in all very pleased with my first experience and happy it was at this location.

Worst LifeLabs location I have ever been to. Had wife’s appointment booked for 7:15am for some blood work and she had to wait 1.5 hours even with a pre-booked appointment.
