Pro Passport Photo

Photo booth inside a convenience store. NOT a place to go for passport picture taken, as you will be asked to wait out until all the queue on the counter is taken care of first. Being a convenience store this location is frequented by a lot of lottery buyers, so keep waiting listening to OLG music. Waited 30 minutes before walking out. That's not right - Every customer should be dealt with same priority. Plus the guy at the counter told me it will take 15 minutes to take a passport picture taken! They need the latest camera, and need to know how to take pictures within a minute. Would NEVER recommend unless they fix their customer priority mindset and can promise to take passport pictures like everyone else on the planet does within reasonable time (1-2 minutes).

Wonderful experience, efficient and fast service.

I am highly frustrated with the person taking passport photos. He didn’t enquire as to what type of photograph we are looking for as in a digital or hardcopy. He even took a picture and didn’t bother to show us once before printing it out. He was so rude and impolite saying if you don’t like it, you can go somewhere else!! We were not getting it for free in the first place although he behaved as one. Pls never go to this place for any important documentation process. Waste of time and money!!!
