Employees always friendly and quick - was sorry to see the tomra app where you attach the barcode yourself and get notified within a few day of your refund was discontinued-really was a nice feature to save time

The most understaffed, unorganized, mismanaged businesses that I've ever dealt with. Have to leave the Island to return our business recycling cans.

Went to return my six bags of recyclables at 4 o’clock on the dot and when I walked in the employee was yelling and screaming about the customers he had today and how he had been there since 9 AM alone and it’s the same guy from last time I remember that was complaining about the customers and also taking very slow to count the bottles on purpose and hopes I’m thinking that people will walk away and leave which is what I did! Halfway through counting the girl in front of me’s bottles he stopped and went and did something in the back room for about five minutes looked up at me looking at him and said sorry I’ve been here alone since 9 AM! With an attitude! So I figured why give him more work, so I left! Why even have a bottle redemption place on the island? If these are the type of employees you have if you hate your job this much get a different one! He clearly is going as slow as he possibly can so that he has a little work as possible or just because he hates his job when she makes extremely clear while complaining about the customers to the customers ! I’ll leave the island from now on

Never open and no other place on grand island, So I am looking to find a place that I can open up a Recycling center on Grand Island that will be open on weekends and 4 to 7 during the week. When I find a spot and open up I will get the word out. Hopefully by February 2023 will have a place up and running.

Went there once and the people were friendly. Went again today, and the place was locked up. It was at 12:30 and the hours posted on the door said it was supposed to be opened but it wasn't. Very frustrating not knowing if a place is going to be open when it says it should be.

this place is the worst. it's randomly closed some days (and hours) and when actually open, it's understaffed and super slow moving. there's usually a guy with a summers worth of drinking in front of you with 26 full garbage bags of returns. you're better off trying your luck at Tops - if you're lucky 1 of the 6 machines they have on-site will be actually working.

Never open. I’ve went there before the closing times posted on Google and on their door and door is always locked. Even their open sign was lit up and the door is locked. If they’re not open then they need to update their hours.

They are fast and nice, however they should change the hours on Google and their website because I got there at 4:25 and the door was locked even tho a customer was inside. . says 430 close on the sign.

This used to be a good place to go, but now the doors are always locked during store hours. Must be having a staffing issue or something. After reading other reviews it looks like a few of us have similar concerns. Looks like guys have a better experience at this location.
