Doctor Xu is always very professional, very patient, and pay attention to detail. I am so glad she is my family doctor. I would also like to thank the front desk assistants as well, they are very polite.

5 stars all the way, once again my wonderful doctor Amanda Ho has helped me yet once again. The staff at the front desk were very professional andaccommodating. Thanks a million.

My mom is 90 years old, she asked Dr. Ko to sign the licence renewal form to renew her driver's licence stating that she is ok to drive. I called Dr Ko and talked to him not to sign the paper because I know my mom's medical condition that she is not suitable to drive at all. After a long conversation with the doctor, he still signed the paper and my mom renewed her licence. 3 months later my mom had a car accident and her car was total lost, fortunately she had minor injuries and the other party was unharmed but the car was damaged.I am very upset at the doctor for not listening to the family's concern. Is it all about getting money for signing the paper?

This the most terrible clinic I have ever seen, especially the front desk. Whenever you call them or book appiontment, you never get a proper time, always one or two weeks later. You cannot imagine that the front desk is determining for the doctors. How crazy it is? I have no idea why my family doctor moved to this clinic. Such a good doctor. But this clinic, it is horrible.Just called the clinic and talked to the manager. Guess what, the manager asked me to seek another clinic. Very cool.Update after 9 months:Today I called for an appintment, they said our files were removed from this clinic. So, everyone being to this clinic, be nice to their staff and treat them as your customer, otherwise, you will have to find another doctor.This is the best clinic I have ever been in 10 years. Good luck everyone.

Front staff are pleasant and Dr. Lim is absolutely amazing. She is patient, kind, and shows a sincere interest in her patients health and wellbeing. I'm very fortunate that she has taken myself and my family on as her patients.Thank you.

Dr. Ko is the most patient and thorough Dr. I have ever had. I observed his kind, caring interactions with my now deceased mother and decided a that point that I wanted him as my Dr. He has never disappointed me. He always follows through and asks the right questions to get to the bottom of my issues. His referrals are on point!Dr Ko has added the services of a BHC in his office. I deeply benefited from spending time with her. It was the best 45 minutes I have ever spent in someone’s care. She is super knowledgeable with specific effective recommendations for me to use right away.

Dr Amanda Lim has been my family Doctor for almost 1 year now. She is patient, understanding, supportive, and listens. I love her kind and gentle approach. She always makes me feel comfortable, and ensures all my questions are answered with understanding! I don't feel rushed with Dr Lim. She always returns my phone calls, and provides quality service over the phone also. The staff at the front desk, have always been friendly with me, and are able to book me in when needed.

Dr. Clara Cho has been our family physician for more than 4 years now and I couldn't be more thankful. The staff in Ohana Medical Centre are extremely kind and patient. Would definitely recommend to people looking for family physicians.
