VOC Events

Since quarantine occured it's been sometime since I've eaten and engaged with family and friends for dinner. V.O.C events hosts some informative and entertaining dinners to provide a sense of normalcy when eating.I've attended 2 of their events so far, both have been different in their owns ways but both still good.The event for Boat King Of Thai Noodles was fun as I was able to eat with some friends as well as speak to the chef and owner about their new focus and menu items. It was good to learn more about Thai Food from their chef.The event for Il Covo was really fun and entertaining - we were able to ask questions about the food and about the chef which helped increase my overall experience. The hosts were really fun and even had surprises for the chef's which reminded me of interviews by Nardwuar.Overall would recommend their services when hosting virtual dinner parties as you'll be able to get some good food, with good company and learn all at the same time.

My husband and I attended the Wellness By The Lake event today at Harding Waterfront Estate. The event was well run and the staff were very professional. Walk With Anime was an amazing host! We enjoyed the outdoor yoga session, meeting the vendors, learning from the guest speakers and visiting a stunning venue! It was a fun mini yoga retreat where we got to exercise and focus on our wellbeing. We even received a goodie bag at the end of the event. I would definitely go back for future events!

I attended my first VOC event for “Wellness by the Lake” on Aug 28, 2020 with a friend. It was an outdoor yoga event that included useful wellness seminars. As this is during the uncertainty period of the pandemic, I was a hesitant with attending group activities. But the VOC organized event made me feel comfortably safe, well distanced, and relaxing amongst the current max allowed attendees. At no any moment of time, I felt I was pressured or rushed to do anything. It was a very restful morning routine which I hope they will bring more of, in their future events.

Attended Wellness By The Lake this weekend with a couple of friends and very much enjoyed the event. Beautiful venue, great instructor, and informative seminar speakers. It was our first in-person yoga class for 2020 and being able to attend a class outdoors under the tree canopy next to a lake with covid19 precautions was just perfect. Looking forward to future events!

I attended the Wellness By The Lake event hosted by VOC events. It was a fantastic morning event, well coordinated, ran on time, followed all social distancing regulations but still had a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The yoga session was held in a beautiful garden area and led by a wonderful teacher who accommodated all levels. The guest speakers/wellness sessions were well chosen and well timed. Great snacks and a generous swag bag to take home at the end of the morning. Would attend again!

We had a great time this weekend at Wellness by the Lake organized by VOC Events, brought my teens for the Yoga class and they had a blast turning and twisting we all enjoyed it, the place was fantastic, the atmosphere amazing, people respected distancing and wore their masks while inside. The three talks after were right to the point and the organizers rocked it. Love the items in the goody bag. The MC Anime (hope I got that right) was fabulous and super entertaining.Loved this event.

VOC Events facilitated our first North American awards show and I was very impressed by their ideas, execution and their ability to take full ownership of the program. I am the founder and CEO of Think Dirty, an app that empowers and educates consumers on the cosmetics industry by allowing them to make an informed decision on what products to purchase. We have over 1.4m products in our system and work with more than 4.5k brands. We have been seen on Oprah's O magazine, Forbes, NPR, Bloomberg.We run the Dirty Thinkers’ Choice awards annually and this year we decided to have an award show. Some of the highlights of their work:· They facilitated the entire program with minimal interruption to my staff’s daily operations. One fear I had was how much time would my staff have to dedicate to this new initiative and it was minimal with the odd email and initial kick-off and post-mortem meeting.· They were phenomenally organized and set expectations. They presented the concept, the plan of action and kept to with minimal variation from the initial presentation. This really demonstrated the depth of their experience with events.· They were fantastic with conflict management. As the award show was a test pilot and became part of the program after contestants registered, we had an issue come up with one of the brands. VOC Events managed the conflict and the brand well while also being able to repair and maintain the relationship.VOC Events is a mighty force in the events industry and we are very pleased with their creativity and work ethic. Looking forward to future projects together.

This was my first time attending a VOC event, and I was thoroughly impressed! Approx 50 attendees, and it sold out quickly so get tickets in advance.ProfessionalismRegistration on eventbrite was easy, I was a bit hesitant to attend an in person event but everyone had masks and was respecting social distancing.There was a detailed agenda that included a 1 hour Yoga class and then there were three speakers from Rawcology, The Stretch Therapist and No Tummy Mummy. The speakers were amazing and I was really lucky to meet them all in person.ValueTickets were about $45 per person. The swag bag was amazing with tons of products that are clean and healthy. Some were mainly geared towards females.It was great to connect with like minded people, I found it was about 90% female at this event. The venue was beautiful, too bad we weren't able to go inside. I was able to go for a walk by the lake after the event.EntertainmentOverall the event was really fun, I've been a Yogi for several years andthe atmosphere was perfect for couples and families. The weather was perfect, and my wife and I were able to celebrate our anniversary with a memorable event.Walk With Anime was the DJ and host and Carmen were a fun team and I can't wait to attend their next event.

Our team had to work during the pandemic at an incredible pace to deliver a transformation project and we knew it was just as important to recognize their work and accomplishment. How do you do that during a pandemic? Well VOC Events had wonderful ideas and it was an incredible experience. Our team all received a giftbox and it had all the tools they would need to participate in fun events. The key to success was the concept of a shared experience even if we could not be together and VOC Events made that happen! It was wonderful and incredibly professional. I am very grateful.

I attended VOC's Wellness by the Lake. It was so beautifully and professionally executed -- quality venue, hosts, speakers and people. This is the first public event I've attended since March quarantine and I think I'm not alone in saying that this was the best thing anyone could have treated themselves to (I got a bit emotional during the yoga session because it was really quite a perfect experience... great instructor, gorgeous weather, impeccable setting). Thank you, VOC for setting up this lovely event. Looking forward to attend the next one.
