After a months long ordeal with their guest care call/text line, I received amazing service at the Brandon store level. Autumn got them to escalate my issues and we ended up getting a replacement and credit towards a new couch. She sold us our original one and our mattress and we will always deal with her.

I just received my furniture from Dufresne. First of all, the furniture is beautiful and secondly the delivery team was friendly, quick, and they left everything just like they found it! Also, Dufresne used an app so that I could track the driver from the time that he left in the morning. The app updated the ETA as he went and I could see when he had delivered the item before mine so I could move my car out of the driveway. This was outstanding service! Thank-you, Dufresne!

Really impressed with the guys who delivered and how professional they were. Sales lady was also pretty awesome and helped us to make our decision to buy this furniture.

Appreciate the salesperson not being pushy, but also being extremely helpful when asked questions. Also note that she was very knowledgeable on the products, pricing, and financing. Overall quite impressed and will be back in the future.

Spent thousands of dollars on appliances 3 years ago, including buying extended warranty. Now that everything is breaking down we are getting a complete run around with warranty support and are now out of pocket over a thousand dollars. If you can’t find technicians willing to travel to your customers, with no defined guidelines, you probably should not continue to sell warranty. Lady we have been dealing with is utterly rude and lacks any customer service skills. Will not shop here again, and will not recommend. Stay away unless you like paying for a service you don’t actually receive.Update Would never recommend.Have been shopping here for years.4 years ago we bought brand new professional series appliances and purchased extended warranty.Updated November 29,2022Last year our fridge went and they decided there was no one who could service. Wanted us to bring the fridge 200km to them at our expense but couldn’t guarantee when parts would be in, so didn’t know how long we would be without. We ended up finding our own warranty guy and have been waiting on parts for 15 months! Offered us a replacement fridge but we have the full fridge/freezer combo so they offered us a different kind that wouldn’t match or work with our trim kit- or we could purchase the newer model for an additional $2000!! Since then our hood range went- and we got the run around so bad that we ended up paying out of pocket to fix (again wanted us to bring in- but we have a gas stove and cannot cook without a range hood fan!)- were offered an in store credit, and then denied. Our dishwasher has also went and we didn’t even bother to reach out and paid out of pocket to have it fixed. Their warranty is an absolute joke, quality of the brands they sell are a joke, and their customer service is no better. My kid had just started her college diploma when this all started- and I am guessing she will be completed her diploma before anything gets fixed. Absolutely zero compensation on anything to boot! Stay away and trust me… shop local!!!Update… kid 8 weeks away from finishing college… still not fixed and no further communication!!!

Exceptional job, this is the best service we have received in Brandon, not only moving our stuff, but also assembling and providing us with the answers we needed once our furniture was ready. The tracking system they have to know their time of arrival was also helpful. Channing and the sales team in general are the best, they are very professional and the main reason why we picked Dufresne for our purchase.

During the last six months, we have found our experiences at the Dufresne Furniture Store to be very positive. Channing Morrison is a great sales person; she is a very positive, friendly and helpful person. The delivery and set-up of my purchases was done professionally. They guys were punctual, organized and polite. After set-up was done, they cleaned up and pointed out things for me to know about my purchases. All in all, we have found the staff in all departments to be friendly, approachable and professional in their approach with their customers.
