Do not get printing done here. The equipment is old, product is not professional.He blamed the Graphic designer who I worked with many years and. never had another problem with.I took the exact same files afterwards directly to staples and they had no issues at all. They produced a stunning product.He also kept me waiting an hour and 15 minutes while he served other people in front of me

I don't know his name but whoever the guy that was in yesterday and today, was rather rude. A very simple interaction of me dropping off a package got turned into a whole ordeal. I tried yesterday to drop off a package, and he said i require an additional label from the receiving party, so i left no issue. So I contacted and asked the receiver to provide what he was asking for and they said the label they gave was all I needed. So I returned today, to drop off the package. The guy remembered me and tried to refuse again and when I politely tried to explain I wasn't saying UPS was the problem, only that I was using the label the seller gave me so if something happened that it was the receiver's fault. He made an inappropriate remark to me infront of the lineup of people and reluctantly took the package after seamlessly taking multiple people's drop offs that arrived after me. Poor service indeed.**update base on that response from the owner*As I said, it wasn't the policy that I had issue with in this case. It was how the guy spoke to me when I went back the 2nd time.I appreciated that he on the first visit informed me about the invoice label needed that I left the store to contact the receiver to ask for. When I explained to the receiver, it was their decision to not give that label still and insisted that I drop off the package to UPS regardless, something to which I tried to explain to the guy. I recall even telling him that I get his position and should something happen to the package that I agreed it would be the RECEIVER'S fault, not UPS OR MINE, because I had in writing that we were merely following the receiver's instruction. In no way was I disappointed in the policy, it was his attitude that I took issue with because he assumed and even in this response assumed that I blamed the policy or would blame UPS should anything happen to the package. I was there with my kids, who unfortunately started to act out while I was trying to explain to him, and I even made sure he knew I wasn't angry or being difficult with him, just was frustrated with my kids' behavior at the time. I just really feel he could have had a better demeanor in this overall.It goes without saying....." is a poor mentality because I made it clear that the blame remained with the receiver's failure to give the 2nd label"

Great service and the manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. I did my business cards here and they helped me with graphic designing and printing at a reasonable price. I also have used them for shipping and small business services.

Wrost survice of the UPSShipper told me to take package from the store and ups returned my package to the shipper in just one day and other side shipper told me 5 day's time for pickup.

I’ve gotten labels and business cards printed here on multiple occasions, Stephen always goes above and beyond to get these large print jobs done (even when it’s past closing time).
