We got superb service from these guys. Our washer was running fine, but it was noisy. We never had an issue like that before. It was the first time we had experienced that. My sister recommended that we get professional help because her washing machine also made noise, but she took it for granted. Unfortunately, it ended broken beyond repair. We didn’t want that to happen, so we called for professional help. We found this company, and we received a reasonable quote. They had to replace the faulty motor of the washer, and that took care of the noise problem.

Honest and reliable. My washing machine is 10 years old and was not draining properly. Instead of selling me a service that would be $1000 + more, the technician honestly told us to continue to wash in small loads until it dies off - since a new machine will cost around the same price for the repair.

My freezer was not cooling enough. The meats and fish I stored in it didn’t seem to be as fresh as they were supposed to, and the ice cream also melted most of the time it was stored there.
