Very knowledgeable staff regarding all their services. Some staff are still in school or have other jobs, yet have email accounts set up to arrange appointments with you and saves you both a ton of effort trying to arrange schedules or get consults. I’ve been a customer many times and will continue to be in the future!

Amazing place to get your tattoos, very welcoming staff and Rodrigo was great to work with, he was very helpful in helping me get my tattoo just right and he does immaculate work.Will definitely be returning here for more tats!Thanks guys for all you do!

At 58 I decided to get my first tattoo and after researching on-line and asking others I sent a message to book a consultation at the Ink Spot. I requested Rodrigo as there were designs in his gallery that had some similarities to what I was looking for. A consultation was booked quickly and I met with Rodrigo and we discussed the design and personal touches I was hoping for and he left me feeling extremely confident and comfortable to proceed. I attended the Ink Spot last week and Rodrigo showed me two designs he came up with based on our consultation and both were great. After selecting one he took his time to ensure I was comfortable with the size and exact location. Throughout the tattooing he continued to show me pictures of his work and asked input with respect to colouring and just my overall comfort. It was clear that Rodrigo was very professional and took a great deal of pride in his work. Once completed he explained the after care very thoroughly and to make sure to call if I had any concerns. Being a rookie I did call and the person I talked to was very informative. I removed the covering on Monday and couldn't be any happier with the final result. Thanks Ink Spot and thanks Rodrigo!!!

Got my fifth tattoo at the Ink Spot recently and was very pleased with their service. Booking it was easy (love that you can get a quote online before having to call), the location is great, the staff was super friendly, and my artist was very chill about everything. I had put together the design myself for the most part, but my artist (Rodrigo) did some very nice finishing touches on it and cleaned it up to be exactly what I was looking for. Compared to other places and artists I've used, the tattoo was a good price. Will definitely be booking my sixth tattoo there sometime in the future.

First time using this shop, can't say enough good things. Kim at the front was very helpful and was easy to setup a appointment. Met with Rodrigo and he gave me my best tattoo yet! Highly professional and clean. I will be returning in the future to see Rodrigo, gave me exactly what I was looking for but better!

Very clean and professional shop. Rodrigo was super friendly and immediately put me at ease. They helped create my tattoo and I totally love it! My tattoo was fairly simple but so meaningful, and Rodrigo was very precise. I'd highly recommend this place and will come back again.

Had ear piercings done with Kim, very happy with the results. Cleanly executed, placement selection was perfect and she was very reassuring throughout. Zero points to improve, only sustain. Recommend this business for piercings. Thank you Kim and Inkspot :)
