Look at the dates on the sauce packages they gave us an expired sauce. Not the end of the world but they should keep tabs on their inventory/:

Terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes drive thru. Food was garbage waist of money. Staff are slow with zero experience. They should just close the place down. Save yourself the time and money and eat home.

Service too long, bare minimum understanding what they’re doing. You could ask for water and they mess up for a Pepsi. And drive trough you better bring a newspaper to kill some time.If rarity of employees and understaff are a new reality then at least serve how it’s supposed to be because it sure isn’t free handed.Mediocrity at its best.

Site say 24 hours drive thru, went there a Tuesday morning around 3 am, was close, if the drive thru is close, please reflect it in your hours, lost a lot of time.

French fries were TOO salty- I mean crazy salty-to the point where I had to wipe each ff! We did drive thru otherwise I would have gone back. They got our order wrong! We ordered 3 big Mac trios. One was a big Mac double that we were charged for and even with the double patties it was mostly bread. And big Mac sauce? It was barely a drop! At least the coke was good. Oh yeah! And no straws!!

Very unhygienic. I don’t think they clean the trashcans indoors. There were so many gnats that the ketchup dispenser was blackened. You can’t grab anything around it (paper, cup cover, straws) or else all the gnats fly around and at you.Unsure if it’s normal for all McDonald’s , but I was surprised to see the guy hold the Burger patties with his bare hands. I was okay until I saw him eat a nugget after. Don’t want any of your germs travelling into my food.Also, there’s barely any sauce in my cheeseburger. You just put a single slice of pickle. And there’s no onion pieces in it. What’s the consistency in your work?Also, they were blatantly taking selfies instead of working.

During the day, excellent quick service for small orders. Anytime they make you advance to the extra parking spots, forget it. You are forgotten and will have to walk in to remind them. They erase their orders on the screens before giving the food to the customers. Not to mention they will also mess up the order and forget items or fill the bag with random food.

After 20 minutes wait for my order, I knock on the door, the person said they are closed. They took my money and closed. I ask for manager, who asked me he will work on my order. Five seconds later, the manager comes with my order. It was sitting on the counter. Plus they messed up with the order. That’s what happens when you hand your business to a bunch of teenagers with no supervision

I like the ingenuity of the staff that mark the order as served as soon they get in. Make the boss feel they have a stellar team.I received a Burger that I had to reassemble before eating it.My large fries was more like a small size.
