Absolutely best salon in the GTA! I was super impressed by their service. Ive done three services here so far (nails, hair & hair laser removal which was my first time). All were amazing experiences. Staff is super friendly and welcoming as well as professional and experienced. Happy to have found this place!

This salon goes above and beyond to give you a relaxing experience, which is highly needed at this time ! The customer service is excellent. The place is sanitary and follows all the precautions. I will definitely return.

I got a hair cut with Moe he is the best also I did laser hair removal for my beard like and neck and I saw big results I don’t need to shave my beard every two weeks, also I Have to say the place is very clean and great customer serviceThank you

I have given this place numerous opportunities over the two years going, but the customer service has gone from average to TERRIBLE. It has been terrible to the point of no return. The last straw was after thousands of dollars spent there, I was disrespected and yelled at by the OWNER for cancelling my laser appointment for health reasons.This was after I had previously booked an appointment one month prior, and received notice the DAY OF my appointment that the person was sick and they would reschedule. I explained to her I did not see why I should pay a cancellation fee when they canceled my prior appointment the same day too for health reasons of their own staff. There was absolutely no listening skills used by the owner when speaking to me over the phone. Instead, she started yelling at me that I must pay a cancellation fee and not to book with them again.Not to book again? I had 2 more sessions worth $500 left.I asked for a refund for the remaining $500 value of the 2/6 full body laser sessions and she said she WOULD NOT REFUND ME.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest and respectful experience.

By far the best salon I have visited!! Firstly the location is outstanding and building as well as the overall aesthetic of the salon is truly one of a kind. Upon entry you are instantly taken to start your appointment (no wait time!). I always get my nails done here and always count on them for any and all hair related appointments and services. All of the services I have gotten done here were completely flawless and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Not to mention their very up to date and easy methods of payment, which makes checking out so easy! I can easily say I have never left unsatisfied with any services! And the staff are amazing, they are all so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anything beauty related!!

I have been to this place for my beard laser hair removal and it's the best!! My hair was gone within few sessions. I recommend this place!!
