Love this location so much. Staff are friendly and of course they do love our furry friends. They always got what I need in-stock and there is a ton of stuffs you can choose for your lovely pet.

I love this Pet Valu location! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful! I've called a few times to ask if they have a product and they usually do or they know where I could get it.Today, we tried the dog wash for the first time! KJ was very welcoming and helpful in getting us set up. What a great place! $10 plus tax and our doggie is cleaner (she loves to roll in mud and grass!). Will definitely be back! Thank you again for your help today at our first wash!

My girl needed a good washing and couldn't book any grooming appointments anywhere else since they were booked for the next two months, so with some googling, found the Dog Wash here at this pet valu, and gave it a shot! The staff were super friendly, really informative and great overall, will definitely bring my baby back to get another good wash when she needs it :)

I called this place and spoke to a person who I won't name. I was inquiring about an exchange they told me no and gave me a reasonable answer. However they kept speaking and were being rude. Hopefully my next interaction with this store will be a more pleasant one.

I wish I discovered the dog wash YEARS ago. It's $10, shampoo/conditioner, towels, aprons, brushes, high velocity dryer all included. My dog is a nightmare to bathe at home because drying takes forever but they were totally cool with me being there just drying her for an hour, her hair obviously flying everywhere. Saves me from having to clean my whole house everytime I bathe her ha

This store is very organized, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the Self Serve Dog Wash is a life saver. Also we love seeing the cat-in-residence. She’s lovely!

Well it’s one of the only pet values close to bloor in the west end. But wow is the galleria a sketchy run down mall. In much need of renovations. Edit: not a fair review of the store itself. I had a pleasant and safe experience getting everything I needed. There was no shortage of supplies and the staff were welcoming.
