Reitmans

Today I shopped at the Reitmans at Ironwood in Richmond. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The gal that helped me find what I was looking for was terrific and Yee at the cash desk was so pleasant.

I went into the store and bought a tank top and socks. I was told they cat return socks if opened. I have a habit of taking tags off and took of the tag off of the tank top, which I bought as a nightie top. It was totally see through. I went in and told them the reason for the return and was told I couldn't return it because the tag was off. I said well you can clearly tell it's not worn can you check with the manager? Same answer. I told them they can keep the tank top and left the store. This is the kind of service you can expect at these dinky store and the reason I don't shop at them. I love The Bay and usually shop in the States but now limited options, but never again!

Lively store, staff welcoming, helpful but not overly intrusive.

Refound Reitmans and glad I did. Great sales and often.

I don't know why this store doesn't have 5 stars yet, their service is amazing! The clothes are good quality for reasonable price too. Very underrated!Some of the bad reviews here seems to be just Karens who can't get their way. Just go read the Return Policy first before whining, it's there for a reason lol.If I have one suggestion, I was just hoping they get more stocks for XXS and 0. Richmond's population is mostly Asian women with petite & skinny body type & it's usually sold out all the time. You rock ladies!

Good service and variety on ladies clothing sales - change rooms spacious and orderly.

I was threatened my lady manager of reitmans saying that i don't leave the stire they will call cops. As I only returned a dress where it was see through they took.50 bucks from memebucks from me

I went in to pick up my too and came out with a dress for my nieces wedding. The salesperson, Coco, was so sweet and without her help, I never would have found the dress. She is sweet, kind, and so helpful!

It was a nice experience. The associates are very friendly and helpful.
