I was looking to replace my old and well loved Pajar Guardo boots. I've been looking recently and found BoutiqueTAG. Their site is very well laid out and simple to navigate. Experience was very simple and ordering from BoutiqueTAG was quite easy. Shipping was reasonable and processed quite fast. I ordered a pair of Pajar Tavin boots on Friday, and I received them on Tuesday here in Toronto. Thank you for getting them to me so quickly!.For those trying to figure out the sizing. I have tried the Tavins on and they fit just like my old Guardos.I am a sz 42 in dress shoe or 8.5 and sz 9 in most athletic shoes like NB or Nike. I've measured my foot using the pencil trace method on a piece of paper and from heel to toe it's 26.5 cm. Width is regular at about 10cm at the widest point.And the size 42/9-9.5 Pajar fits my feet perfectly. Pajar is a great boot, both in design and quality. They look very smart and are very comfortable and warm in cold. And when indoors my feet don't overheat. The soles are very durable but not heavy. And they are waterproof. I have never treated my old Pajars and they still look really good. I do try to clean them with a damp cloth to keep the salt from affecting the leather. They are made for the Canadian winters and are made here in Canada.And I am very happy to have my new Pajar Tavins from BoutiqueTAG!

I bought a pair of shoes. Then I found that they are not soft and uncomfortable. So I was planning to return them the second day. But they refused to return them for some ridiculous reasons…very unpleasant shopping experience…

By far the best selection on On Clouds in the city. Amazing staff, great experience. I wouldn't buy my shoes anywhere else.

Submitted a price match for a Moose Knuckles parka that they approved within 12 hours on a Sunday. Placed my order that day and time was shipped on Tuesday and I got it on the Friday. Super impressed with turnaround.Came with Moose Knuckles hanger but no garment bag. I asked before buying and they said Moose Knuckles does not give garment bags to authorized resellers.Yes the jacket is authentic as it had the NFC code and my phone scanned it.Highly recommend and would order from again.

I don’t know how is offline store operating, but online experience is awful. They are using some sort of the cheap, low quality delivery and courrier services, which I had my worst experience with.Boutique itself is not helpful at all, did not reply to my last email. There is no customer service number, you can only contact them by email, which they are not answering to.Save yourself some nerves and do not buy here.

Reviews were kind of all over the place for this website so I was a little apprehensive about placing an order. It’s a Canadian site and I am in southern US. All I can tell you is that my order was placed on line and arrived within two days with no tax or shipping. And the order was at a considerable savings from any other site that I researched. Pretty amazing really!

I ordered an item from them, was sent the wrong size, returned it the next day via mail. It took the store TWO MONTHS to refund me almost $600. It felt like multiple people were using the customer service email account as nothing was consistent - sometimes they claimed they were processing the refund when in reality no one was. I'm sure the business is great in terms of what they offer as their sales seem awesome, but getting a refund and dealing with customer service was a nightmare.

Wow! What can I say? You can find amazing deals on their website. They shipped my order the same day at their expense and received it 2 days after. It was very well packaged and I really love that they provided a garment bag. Overall my experience was wonderful. Can't wait 'til my next transaction with this beautiful company. Keep it up. :)

Bought Uggs on their site and they claim to have a price match guarantee however they did not honor this and when I received the item it was $50 more than the sticker on the box. They told me to return for a full refund but then I would have to pay for shipping so it wasn’t worth it. Would not shop here again! They are a third party reseller and I noticed the uggs are now $100 more than the sticker price.
