Toys'R'Us

Without a doubt one of the worst run stores I've ever been in. The shelves are empty and messy, boxes are everywhere, staff is never available, cashier lines are long and slow, staff is unfriendly and lack product/store knowledge. The problem clearly stems from management. The store is a disaster that Toys R us should be ashamed to be associated with. I've been to many other Toys R us stores; this one stands alone as a retail disaster. Avoid it at all costs.

Debit machine double charges and instead of the company refunding the money they make you go through your bank and call it a fraud charge to get your money back. Very improper and very lazy on there behalf.Have a nice day.Sad customer service and not from the employees from the manager.

This is a typical Toys R Us location. They do have a large Lego section as well as a dedicated Mega Block area as well. It wasn't crowded when I was there, and the line to the cashier was very short. I didn't see any empty areas, or unavailable stock. There was even a noteworthy discount section, which is welcome as the regular prices are often about 10+% higher than you'll find elsewhere. Still, you're paying for the large in-store inventory and lack of shipping, so it isn't as bad as the initial sticker shock may lead you to believe. The only disappointing aspect for me personally was their board game section, which at first looked to be well stocked and a wide variety of games, but upon actually walking the aisles I realized most of their games are the same 3-4 boring games repeatedly re-themed to the latest movie or series craze. Great if you just HAVE to own the latest (x)opoly version, but not much real variety of actual game play.

A fairly standard looking toys r us from the inside.It has the standard nice selection of toys and games that are generally expected at a toys r us store.The nintendo game has a broken controller which means my 2 year old was not able to play it. He was very disappointed! And honestly why has that not been fixed? I bet you have the parts as you sell them.Large parking lot out front, and fairly easy location to get to.

Purchased a Rod Hockey Table that had broken and missing parts. Called the store and was placed on hold for about 5 minutes and then cut off. When I tried to call back it was busy for 45 minutes. It has been my experience with the exception of no more than two of the staff the rest are completely useless. If some aren't sending a text their hiding. The most common response to any question is to point an arm and say over there." I would recommend that you purchase your items from a proven and trusted retailer that responds to your concerns. If you know one please respond and I will support them."

Awful service!!Seen online there was stock in for Nintendo Switch so I went on Friday evening to look for a Nintendo Switch. There was no one available in electronics section so I walked over to 3 workers behind the counter who were not busy. I asked the worker that approached the counter if I could get a Nintendo Switch. She replies uh" and points to electronics section. Her coworker spoke up and asked "are you looking for the Nintendo Switch with the console or the handheld? I replied "the Switch....the console which turns into the handheld" she responds "ah

Understaffed and always long lines. Checkouts are overflowing with impulse items there is almost no where to place things on the counter to be checked in. Currently calling them to inquire about an online order I am picking up at the store, and as referenced by other reviewers, the line is busy.

My daughter loves saving up her money and going here. There is still something to the toy store experience for young kids. Amazon is not the king of everything.

Jayden helped me get some things for my kids without them knowing. He was super sweet , upbeat and polite. Keep this man ! He’s a rare one. ☺️
