Staff is always so friendly and welcoming, I manage the store next door and hear nothing but compliments about the staff next door!

Fabulous little gem of a corner store. Most of what u need can b found here. And the owners and workers have excellent Customer Service skills. Thank you

Used to love coming here. The owner and the younger gentleman are always super friendly and helpful. The older woman is exceptionally rude. Id’d me before even saying hello, assumed I was underage and using a fake even though I am 27. She was miserable and accusatory throughout the whole exchange. Unbelievably poor customer service.

I love kims but now that its a functioning vape store i wish they had someone who knows about their products working there. The older woman confidently gives me the wrong juice every single time, giving me freebase instead of salts, i try to be clear but last time i went in i asked for salt 20 nic and i got freebase 3 nic even after i tried being as clear and helpful to her as possible and since shes so confident i asked if it was salt nic she checked the bottle and said yep 20 salt i didnt notice till it was too late find as she keeps it behind the counter until after ive paid and won't let me check for myself. 60$ down the drain. I cant afford to spend that kinda money on something that is useless to me

great store everything you need if you want to run to qf for one or two things owners and staff friendly i did see one customer get pinicky when asked to show id Its manditory to ask and they can be fined i think the general public doesnot understand this so please have some common sense and dont get your knickers in a knot over someone doing their job

Was a great place for a quick stop shopping store. Their move will make finding a parking spot quite difficult but I guess being next to Lifelabs they will have a non stop parade of people walking by. Probably a good move for them.

Dry cleaning is very expensive, the customer service is unfriendly and rude. For such a large bill. You would think you would be appreciative for the business. I will not support a business that isn’t appreciative of the business.

Beware of the items you buy - most are past their shelf life and are not even on sale . Customer service can not be rated as it doesn’t exist. No hello how are you, just scan and a money transaction. This used to be a great place to grab goodies but it’s gone down hill .

Used to love coming here. The man who owns the store was always friendly and remembered my name. Just went in and the woman working made me super uncomfortable, didn’t even say hi before ID’ing me and didn’t really believe my ID was mine, I’m in my 30s I look young but not like a teenager. I immediately left. As I said the man who owns it is awesome and I have had nothing but positive things to say about him but he needs better staff. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
