Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Zoe the “manager” was rude and unhelpful. The only reason I give this location more than 1 star is because the other employee who appeared to be in training was more friendly than her. She didn’t want anything to do with us and had the worst customer service attitude I have ever seen. She said things like “well sorry, I can’t help you” and “I don’t know what to tell you”.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise delivered the rental to me right at the Auto Shop that was fixing my car. When I was done with their vehicle I was able to leave it at the same location they delivered it to. This was very convenient. They take quite the load of off your shoulders in a situation that is not always fun to deal with.

Hmm I don't believe that a car rental place is right next to Runway 27R. Maybe they should move the location to where it actually is.

I had a lengthy conversation with Ben Savageau at this location about getting a rental car. His professional and proactive approach to meeting my needs was exceptional. I can highly recommend Enterprise at this airport location in Grand Forks because of him.

I only have great things to say about this location! Ben is an absolutely wonderful manager who always goes above and beyond for customer service. This location remembers my name, is super helpful if I run into any problems, and Ben is a fantastic person to work with. It's definitely worth the drive out to the Airport to work with him and his team!
