TSM Moving

They used 15 minutes of my time to smoke cigarette and billed me for it. We called the customer care line and the person threatened to drop the call while I was trying to explain.

Great company !! Excellent customer service with experienced movers. I have always felt that my belongings are in good hands and my furniture always arrived without damage.I always recommend TSM to everyone and I will only use this company for any future moves! Riel and Lance were absolutely phenomenal. Not only did they show up on time, they were early. They were professional all the way through our moving experience. The whole TSM company from the time I booked to the following day to make sure that it went right has been a amazing experience. The guys worked very hard for us especially since there was 2 truckloads. Thanks again guys

No problems at all!The booking process was painless. And the quoted price was exactly what they charged me in the end, so no surprises. The movers came when they were supposed to, and moved all of my things without any damage to my belongings or the walls. I have a fair bit of delicate glasswork so that was appreciated. The movers were friendly and worked hard.Very impressed with the experience.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. If a picture's worth a 1,000 words here's why NOT to use TSM. Also zero accountability by Kari there to even reply back to calls and emails after damaging these items, several others and gouging a few walls in our previous home despite us using TSM to move us out, store some of our belongings while our new place was getting built and moving us in. How's that for service?!?

Joseph and Jason were excellent movers of our 3 bedroom home. Not a single “ding” or damage to any walls. They were fast and efficient and amazed us with their strength. Jason, in particular, was a power horse and carried several boxes on his own. I was a bit apprehensive at first because of the seemingly expensive price, but in the end it was excellent value and I have no regrets. We were highly impressed with this team and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Very unprofessional these TSM “Two Stupid Men” i would say. Turned up to move me and everything was packed and ready to go. This was a two bed apartment. They then went on to play games buy ferrying one box at at time and sitting outside from time to time. I asked how long this was going to take for a small place like this to be emptied and they claimed they were dragging their feet to avoid destroying my property. Anyways whole move took 8 cool hours for this two things to complete a move 6 km away! And they charged a hefty $ 800 plus tax !!! Destroyed my furniture and Cheryl the person i was told to talk to arrogantly said they could not do a thing about it calming that damge was less than deductible. USELESS company better of hiring man with van or haul stuff yourself. Out to maximize profit, shame. Would not recommend.

TSM was AWESOME! I had a rush move to do last month and only had 1 days notice to give a moving company. I called and was able to book a truck for the next night. Luckily I didn't have too much to move, but everything arrived safely at my new home with no damage whatsoever! Everything was moved so fast and we were done within no time. The guys were great, they were kinda bummed about doing an extra move in the evening, but they did a great job! Would definitely use them again and recommend the highly!

I was recommended TSM Moving from a friend who recently moved. Everything started out fine, the crew was on time, which was appreciated, and they were friendly. I did find them lazy and sloppy while moving my furniture, resulting in several wall dings and one large ceiling gouge. They complained on several occasions about only making $12/hr which is highly unprofessional. I informed the company of a piano located in the basement and confirmed these facts 3 times, and each time I was reassured this could be done. On moving day, they refused to move the piano saying they don't pay me enough

The three gentlemen who my ex hired to handle his move out were really fantastic. Friendly, professional, and brought light humour to a really uncomfortable situation. When my ex did not want to take all his belongings (especially the large heavy stuff from the basement) they were very kind and moved it to the back yard so it could be sold on Kijiji.Thank you to Shane and the guys for doing a fantastic job. :)
