Canadian Interventionist

My daughter has been struggling with an addiction to fentanyl and had become so entrenched in the lifestyle that I thought I had lost her forever. I had tried to get her help in the past, but I was told that as she was an adult she would have to contact them herself. On a few occasions she tried to get into detox and treatment; however, she was told that there were no beds available and to call back and call back and call back. Both of us were left frustrated and began to lose hope.A friend suggested that I try hiring profession interventionists and recommended Lenard and Kimberly at Canadian Interventionist. We met a few days later. I gathered a team of family and friends. They met with the team and explained how it would go down. They were both reassuring and realistic. The intervention itself was slick, quick, and respectful.Kimberly and Len had organized transportation, doctor appointments, and vetted an appropriate treatment facility. As they had to wait 48 hours for the test results to come back, they put her up in a hotel and stayed with her. They even celebrated her birthday with her by buying her a cake and taking her out for dinner.Getting into treatment is never easy, but Lenard and Kimberly made it happen. I was involved in an intervention of a young lady whom I have known almost her whole life. This young lady was heavy in addiction and was getting to the point where every day was a worry for many.Leonard and Kimberly met with us as a group and told us what to expect and also what they were going to do. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the vast knowledge they both put forth.Even before the intervention took place Leonard and Kimberly took us through the steps and even a few different scenario's.On the day of the intervention we all talked and Leonard and Kimberly took steps to relieve us all of any anxiety we may have.During the intervention We all took turns reading our letters to this Young lady. She was quite nervous and embarrassed but Leonard and Kimberly went to great lengths to make her feel at ease. They treated her with such respect and professionalism. Leonard and Kimberly each said such profound things to her that made it easier for her to make the choice to go into treatment. Leonard had everything in place including the Doctors and tests. The ride And a team to stay with the Young lady until the tests were complete. I was very impressed with the way they handled things as a team. Doing an intervention is never easy, but Leonard and Kimberly were very supportive throughout the whole process.
