Burlington Bowl

I recently visited Burlington Bowl and had the worst experience ever. We were greeted by a rude employee whose facial expression made it clear that he wasn't having a good day. The equipment is outdated, most likely more than 20 years old. The place needs a lot of TLC, with pipes showing and overall maintenance being required. They barely had any lights on, and I'm assuming they're trying to cut back on electricity costs. Additionally, while playing, the equipment suddenly stopped showing the score, and we had to call an employee to come and reset it. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this venue, particularly because of the poor employee treatment.

I have been here twice and loved the experience. Great bowling place in Burlington.It has the 70's feel but everything works quite well and is organized.Next time, I will take some pictures.Not too pricey

There were multiple issues with this location. First, reservations times aren’t necessarily honoured. They said you may have to wait, maybe a half hour after your booked time as lanes are booked with no time restrictions. This may or may not be an issue for you. We reserved two lanes. One did not work. We decided to share just the one lane because we were pretty sure the other was never going to get fixed. This meant one bowler didn’t get to play. The lane itself it very uneven. Every ball rolled to the right…no matter what you did. And the place itself was filthy. Washrooms were unusable. The ceiling is falling apart. I’m sure the carpet hasn’t been vacuumed since it opened. There’s random furniture everywhere. Rusty pipes were exposed. It was generally awful. Bad enough for me to write this review.

It’s lots of fun. Glow in the dark, good music. But it is definitely showing it’s age. Parking lot is a mess of potholes. Everything is very dated. Screens still work fine, but they look like they’re from the 80s. Bathrooms are kinda sketchy.

A big group of us went there a couple of weeks ago and had a great time. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Bartender in the back area was amazing.Definitely will be back!

This is my favourite alley to go to. The lanes are well maintained, the ball returns are fast, and the place has a cozy feeling. There's also a shop for bowling balls and supplies!The pricing varies from weekdays to weekends, so keep in mind a Friday night will cost more than a Thursday night. Overall I don't feel it's too expensive. Some weeknights are league nights though, so you may not get a lane depending on when you show up. It's best to call in advance to figure out lane availability.The computers and screens are on the much older side, but work just fine and add a vintage feel to the alley. There are some stains on the ceilings, but I'm mostly focused on the lane when I'm bowling. It could be cleaner, but they keep it pretty tidy.Check it out, it's a good time!

Loved it! The place needs some cosmetics but the staff is super helpful and we've had a great time! A much better option than the other options in Burlington

The support team there is amazing. They really make this place function. But as an avid bowler, the lane conditions for the public are awful (outside of league play). After being burned a few times by unmaintained lanes I respectfully approached the manager, who condescendingly lied to my face about the maintenance to the lanes. I told him that I recognize what a lane has not been oiled and he continued to lie to me. I didn't even want my money back, even though you can't actually bowl on the unmaintained lane with a urethane ball(regular alley ball) he responded by being rude and continued to remark that he takes care of the lane. I even raised it because I like the alley and the other people that work there and thought it would be helpful to have the feedback, hut he was rude and continued to lie about it. It's really unfortunate that they won't take better care or ownership of the condition of this alley, considering how hard the support team works to keep it a place where people would want to visit.

Open till late, the place is great to hangout with friends. You can book a lane at an hourly rate and then pay only for the number of minutes you played for. Shoe rental cost is extra and is around $4.75 per person.
