There is a lady who is not customer based experienced she refuses to put stuff on hold even if it's for a half hour as I forgot my wallet and also refuses you to use their bathroom facilities. Very rude .i also bought something that was missing a part the lady at the store actually told me to just give the item back instead of offering an exchange money hungry and the most awful awful inconsiderate service .

Came on January 25th unknowing of the place. I went in to check it out & it turned out to be a proper thrift store. There's a variety of items to choose from due to their wide range of departments. The employees are ALL magnificent; not only they provide great customer service, they also work as volunteers as a non-profit organization. Fantastic place to shop!

Told me they were not for profit, then when I asked for clarification found out they send all profits to their own private institute. Do NOT fall for their SCAM, donate to places like the salvation army which are actually not for profit.

I picked up an item the other day, paid for online. When i went in store, i provided my id, and was told that i would have to provide my plate number. I found it odd, since it said provide Government issued ID which i did. But the black lady was insistent that it was protocol, i refused since my id was sufficient.
