Just don't even bother. This guy put on my roof when he owned/ran Seico Roofing and it was the worst job ever. From the very start I lost shingles faster that my cats do hair. For a while he came out and honored his warranty, but I had to call countless times for him to do so and he didn't pay for the damage that was done by the leaks. I lost 2 plaster walls. Once his warranty was done, so was he. He's never even returned calls. I've had my roof repaired by PROFESSIONALS since, and am now looking to have it replaced. You can bet it won't be by this man.

Communication is a huge issue when dealing with Steve. We had our roof and siding completed last year, and we were always left wondering when they were coming, and where things stood because they needed specific people to do certain aspects of the job. Steve also said he would match the new siding to the siding that we were keeping on the front portion of our house. He never brought samples, and I did not get to choose the colour. When they showed up to install it I was at work, when I came home I saw how Yellow it was and how much it didn't match what we currently had. Very disappointing and something that bugs me everytime I pull up in my driveway!During the winter a piece of siding flew off the side of our house, so I called Steve and left a message. When I didn't hear back after a week I emailed him. Still didn't hear back, so I emailed him again. My husband then texted him multiple times over the course of a couple weeks with no response.
