had picked up an acetylene tank no quick shut off valve and safety cap very dangerous phoned the company told me it doesn't need one like to wonder what your supposed to do in a flashback scenario with no quick turn off valve or hey even accidentally falls over and valve breaks off (cool missile potential) way to go guys safety first

Hit and miss pricing. Bought a new mig bottle 8 months ago from them and have got it filled a few times and when I went to refill it I discovered they had doubled their mig gas price in 6 months.. the guy told me that mig gas has steeply risen in cost. So I went over to kms tools where it is literally half the price to refill. Then to add icing to the cake kms tools informs me that my newly bought bottle expires 2020.

I am a small business owner. When Linde took over I was worried that the service wouldn’t be the same, but every time I need something Heith gives me that extra bit of time to make sure I get my product. Recently I bought a new machine from Heith the next week he phoned me back to check if I was happy with the machine and if I needed anything else. Thank you for that. Great service.

Awesome customer service! Thanks Heith Proulx for getting back to me so quickly and being able to source me the plasma cutter I was looking for. I was worried about the lead time on getting it but these guys were able to get it to me with in a week!
