If I could have given them 0 stars - their customer service is so poor! And the mattress got bad just in 6 months. I would suggest don’t waste your time and money on them.Their system is so messed up - they have old and new system apparently. All the deliveries and customer service requests they keep getting delayed as employees don’t have access to both the system.WORST COMPANY EVER

Was looking for options for mattresses. Due to the tv and radio ads went to this location of Sleep Country.Salesman was very informative and professional. Gave us a good payment plan too and promotional discount.We have referred 3 people since to the store who have bought from there too.

Great easy experience! The salesman, I wish I knew his name was super helpful and not pushy at all. Went above and beyond as I called after the purchase with more questions about delivery. Wonderful guy. The bed was delivered and installed within the given window with time to spare, quickly. No problem and that gentleman gave my mom a quick lesson. Thank you Sleep Country!!

Imran at our Cambridge store is excellent. We had issues with a box spring that he helped us with and his service was over and above expectations. He followed up with us and made things easy. The treatment we got right from customer service forward was great. We have been customers of this store for years. No complaints. Well done

Buyers BEWARE ! Went to buy replacement mattress because our old mattress sagged in fer months. As soon as the salesperson RAJ found out its a warranty exchange their attitude took a U TURN. No longer interested in showing us mattress. No deals were offered. Guy said since its a warranty exchange if you want different matters you will have to pay full amount (no deals) though if you want to buy a new mattress we can offer you great deals. To top it all at 5-40 he asked us to leave and come some other day and gave excuse of cash deposit where as it says closing time for store is 6 pm. We were surprised how. We were treated the first time when we bought and mattress and how a customer in fromt of us was treated compared to what they did with us.

Next time you are shopping for a mattress come here. Not only are their mattresses higher quality, but far cheaper than the big box store that starts with a B. The salesman, Addy, was super helpful and was able to help us not only find the right mattress quickly, but he also was able to save us additional money by offering a mattress on clearance.

I bought 5 mattresses from this company and never had an issue until the 5th one. Never buy from Sleep Country Ever. Very deceptive advertising. Their slogan is Why buy a mattress any where else. " it should be" always buy a mattress anywhere else but here ". They conned me into buying a firmer mattress telling me I can get the softer one which I already have in another room for the same price. 100 night guarantee and if there is any issue I can always return it. There is NO return policy for this company. So please don't be fooled. They will exchange only after charging you the difference. Which is generally double the price. If I can give them a 0 star I would"

I have been a regular customer here after my first ever experience back in 2020, when I purchased a mattress and it was Addy(Advait) who helped us. Since then I have been there many times and have sent many references as well. Addy was always been a help.

We have always purchased our mattresses from Sleep country. Dan is an absolutely fantastic sales consultant. He is knowledgeable, courteous, patient and has a fantastic sense of humor. He somehow managed to entertain us through the whole process. He will help you find the best mattress and make sure you are looked after from purchase to delivery. As a Chiropractor I highly recommend my patients come to Sleep country and always ask for Dan.
