CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

I went in today to ask a few general questions about opening an account.I was assisted by Cathy Murphy (banking center leader) and was really appreciative of her assistance and friendliness.I love to feel valued and respected and I felt that from her.Will definitely be following up when I decide what’s right for me :)

So glad I switched banks. Never will I ever go back to banking with CIBC. This is, as many have said, just a glorified ATM with useless employees that serve next to no purpose. One time I waited forever to ask a question when there were lots of employees just sitting in their office.

I was called out of the blue one day to come in and talk to someone about my banking. So i did, sure saved me a few dollars. However the rep i dealt with did not seem to know what she was doing. Most other times i talked with the bank i was given options, advice etc etc. It seemed she was doing it only because it was part of her job and she just wanted ot get it over and done with. Was not impressed with the customer service at all. Not helpful beyond simply making a minor adjustment i could have done online. Why go in for a appt for 30 seconds for something they could have done over the phone. Either she does not enjoy her job or did not know how to do it properly. Or just didnt want to that day for whatever reason.

Terrible to reach them they don’t answer their calls, you get special luck if you get a answer

Ogem at west side CIBC is the best person ever for being helpful, friendly and efficient and a credit to your bank.

Waste of a big space. ONLY cash. Not even rolls of coins

Useless. A glorified ATM location. Such a large building without the benefit of normal teller services.

Clean location, pretty much just an indoor ATM, appointment only services otherwise.

Excellent service at this bank, which is the norm I find with all CIBC branches I have used, and that is a few! Thank you to the staff for all your hard work and supplying all information needed when ever I have needed it fast!
