Smile Design Dental Care - Stoney Creek East

Very thorough cleaning! Loved the office and everyone was very welcoming. I also appreciated that the dentist didn't come across as trying to recommend treatment that wasn't necessary to utilize my benefits. Will be recommending to friends and family.

SMILE Design is truly one of the best dental offices I have been to. The hygiene of the clinic is beyond incredible and the staff is so pleasant. Our dentist makes us feel comfortable and explains whatever procedure being done very thoroughly in advance. They are so very compassionate and care about their patients. The clinic is also clean, beautiful and they are super organized. They have always accommodated to my needs and schedule. Overall, this clinic is a 10/10 and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good dental clinic.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone put me at ease, as I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist. The office is very modern and clean. Lina is extremely warm and caring to everyone. Noah, is very genial and was a pleasure to work with. Dr. Nancy was very personable and worked with me to come up with a plan that would be right for me. Anna her assistant was very nice and put me at ease right from the start. Thank you to everyone for making my first appointment very positive.

They did a good job on cleaning. Just check the out of pocket expenses before you go for a treatment to avoid surprises.

Amazing Staff! Super friendly and helpful!My first visit was last week and from the receptionist to the dental hygienists to the actual Dentist - everyone was very welcoming and makes you feel extremely comfortable.If you are looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend this location!The entire process was the best experience I have had to date.Thanks for being so accommodating and wonderful!

I've recently changed dentists and this was my first visit to Smile Design Stoney Creek. There was a bit of a hiccup and I went to the wrong location but Lina welcomed me with a smile and the team was very understanding of my situation and was happy that I was able to make it. I started with my new patient exam and Dr. Nancy was great, as was her assistant Anna, both full of smiles (even the masks hide them, you can see it in their eyes!). Noah finished off my great experience with a thorough cleaning and even had a suggestion for a mouthwash that was better than the current one I use. Overall I am very happy with my switch and look to have a long relationship with the team @ Smile Design Stoney Creek!

If you read one review, let it be this one!I have never been so impressed and comfortable at a dentist office ! I don’t say this lightly, if you are like me you don’t love going to the dentist.First off the clinic is beautiful, I met Lina at the front desk, she was so attentive and knowledgeable with insurance claims, she took care of everything! The dental assistant and hygienist were both so nice, they made me feel conformable and were super gentle doing their work! The dentist consulted me and we set up a plan that wasn’t even close to what I had scared myself to think! . She was reassuring, and truly made me realize I have been giving dentist a bad rep! Clearly I recommend this office :)
