I ordered two spicy mini sandwiches it was 12 at friday night. I was super hungry and I needed fresh tenders in my sandwich I told her like 5 times and she gave me old tenders in my sandwiches. When I went back she started lied to me when I said her that it’s not fresh, she started arguing with me. Worst service ever on Popeyes. Very disappointed.

Horrible location, worst Toronto fast food location I've been to and I live down the street. Originally I thought it was redeemable given I went during COVID moments, however my visit last evening shows I was wrong.Even thou they have sales the attendant when he finally decided you as a client was worthy of being served chose to ignore sales but quoted regular prices.2 person in a busy location with 8 customers in establishment.Fries dropping all over the backroom floor, utensils dropped and picked back up placed next to ongoing service areas, lack of sanitary process.Oh, the food. 4pc meal was tossed after the 1st piece eaten, it's horrible, not worthy of consumption and a waste of almost $14, the owe me large.Many choices in the city, choose others.

Very bad !! doesn't even deserve a star I'm not one to leave bad comments and I tried 3 times to be sure that the bad times were not bad days. very unwelcome. there is always something missing on the menu. Have you ever seen a fast food restaurant that no longer serves fries? or wings? the place on top of that is very dirty. it's really a shame for a neighborhood like liberty village

Absolutely FILTHY and Autrocious.I came here for the first time and will be the last for sure to have the Thursday special. Place was empty at 120pm and I was the ONLY person in there. Staff was friendly but absolutely lazy and take their sweet a** time to attend to you. It took 20 mins for me to get My food ..crazzzy.Not to mention the atmosphere is depressing and I felt like I was eating in a homeless slum as the establishment was just dirty beyond all belief. Zero management goes into the place and it's obvious....just gross.Hopefully I don't get sick later today.Dunno how they are still running unless they be frontin""

If i could give no star I would. Everytime i come and ask for an item they say they ran out but then someone else comes and he cooks it for then. THE DRINK MACHINE IS DISGUSTING. The garbages are never cleaned. I once ordered shrimp and it wasnt even cooked properly. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and there was no pickle, the chicken was on the side of the sandwich.

Great place if you hate getting what you ordered! Do you like eating dry chicken tenders without any dipping sauce? This place never remembers the sauce! Do you like getting a half full containers of your sides instead of full containers? This place can take care of that too!

Very poorly run and subpar standards for the food they make. Ordered a chicken sandwich and got a lump of chicken that looks like a fish fillet. Restaurant at around 9pm didn’t have any fries, popcorn chicken or onion rings to survive dinner service, bit odd for a popular fast food chain in a busy neighbourhood.

Have given this place 3 shots. Today was the last. Let me order on their website for pickup. Get there and “sorry, we don’t have any fries, or any ranch sauce, or any lemonade”. Ok so why could I place the order… literally waste of time. Even waited for them to “make *it*” before being told. What a joke.
