Lake Country School Of Dance

I had my daughter taking cheer and jazz classes here, we had to leave the country for an emergency and was told we had a credit. No check was ever issued, I called back a couple of years after and was told that the credit was still there. Now I am being told that there is no evidence, the person who responded my email insinuates that I am lying about this matter “you are a former customer saying we owe you money.” The owner has basically told me that I have to find proof while this should be their responsibility “unless you can find proof we will no longer reply.” So I was penalized for something they should have done as businesses, they should have never waited to issue a refund, a good business person doesn’t wait for their customers to ask for their money back. They didn’t delivered a service, the refund should have been issued in a timely manner and now I am left trying to find an email they never sent, so that I can get my money back. They basically are asking me to find something they never sent because they don’t want to refund the money. Be careful, get a paper trail for everything you do with this company. Disappointing to say they least.

I like the atmosphere here very much.

We had our sons 6th birthday party here and Sal and Charlotte we're amazing. They kept the party flowing, the kids had a great time and made it very easy for us. Would highly recommend and definitely would do again!

I honestly love this dance studio....the only thing problem would be 2 of the teachers. They always frighten my daughter and she has came home crying a lot after the class with them. All the other teachers here are absolutely amazing. The kids here are mostly super kind (except for a select few). I'd 100% recrommend this studio even though i've said some bad things but no dance studio is perfect.
