Dec 17 . Door just opened first day of the new exciting ad going for one item don't have it. Front page item that draws people in but we don't have it and I'll give you three numbers for other stores if you want to call around and see if you can find it. Why would you put something on your front page that you don't have in stock completely misleading terrible service

This is the worst run business I have ever dealt with. I haven't had a prescription fully filled the first time I go to pick up in over 3 years. I've tried 3x to speak to the owner to politely express my displeasure and was most recently put on hold for over 30 mins. I spend a substantial amount at this store every month, and I have for over 25 years. However, that will end today. Disappointing but given their complete lack of care and concern, it was inevitable.

My recent visit to this store, left me feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated with their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. The store, which claimed to be open until 10pm, had its electronic section closed at 8pm, as the manager took the keys and left for the day. This decision not only prevented me from purchasing a tablet I had my eye on but also caused me to miss out on a time-limited offer that was valid only until midnight.The store's negligence and lack of accountability have left me deeply disappointed. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for customer needs and the failure to honor advertised hours and promotions. As a consumer, I expect a certain level of reliability and professionalism from any business I choose to patronize, but this Trenton location has clearly failed to meet these basic expectations.

This review is more about the person working the front cash at 11:30am on December 26. Terrible customer service. This is the second time that she has cashed me out. I would prefer to use the self check out but neither were working. She doesn't have a name tag & she doesn’t even greet the customer. Barely a grunt to tell me how much of my hard earned money she wants from me. I brought my own bag in & she didn't even acknowledge that I was doing my own bagging. She desperately needs lessons for thr service industry.

Terrible customer service! Explain to me how the store can shut down the only cash at the parking lot entrance leaving only self serve available? I don't like self serve and I refuse to pay a store so that I can do their job! The employee was standing at said cash and informed me it was closed so I left the 60.00 worth of merchandise in the cart for her to take more time to put back on the shelves. I don't understand why a store would leave cashes open at the door at the front that is not used much in the evening and shut down a cash that is at the doors to the only parking lot. Won't be a bother to this store's staff again

Horrible customer experience at the Pharmacy section with the lady attending the counter and the pharmacist. They made me wait for over 1 hr just to tell me they couldn't dispense all the meds on the prescription.When I arrived, I specifically asked why my meds were not ready if the prescription had been sent the day before, and the pharmacy accepted the submission. The lady said they didn't have it ready, that they were busy (as she looked around) and that I needed to wait. At no point, she mentioned they could't dispense the one med until Monday. I do not see those details on the online prescription I have. So, if she had access to other information that obviously I don't, why she didn't say that from the beginning rather than making me wait, with a high probability of infecting others as I cannot control my coughing?Customer service will make or break a business. I would not be returning to this pharmacy.

Nice location in town, has a parking lot in the back. Typical shoppers, friendly vibe, easy self checkout.

Poor Pharmacy!The charges are rediculous, same medication elsewhere saved almost half.Didn't deliver when they were suppose to. I have finally changed to RX and recieving medication at a reasonable cost, they are pleasant and eager to please! Plus they deliver.

Absolute horrible store. Went in for my fiancés prescription was told they have don’t then have shuffled back and forth then told 40 minute wait. Turned out being over an hour. I returned to the store to pick up the prescription I had dropped off personally and was told I could not pick up. Had to return home help my wife into the truck with broken ribs and bring her to the store to pick up. Worst customer service I ever received. Told my fiancé that we will never return and to transfer our medical and monthly prescriptions to another store. Totally unacceptable.Save your time and avoid this store at all costs. A drug store is supposed to have sympathy and compassion not BS and attitude.

While watching the Santa Claus Parade in Trenton last night I had a very bad experience with a Shoppers Drug Mart employee. At that time, Shoppers was the only store open and my nephew was desperate for the toilet. My conversation with the lady was not very helpful. Despite seeing that my nephew was in desperate need, she chose not to help me. I was quite annoyed to say the least.
