Dr.Ash is highly skilled in his profession! He ensured my complete comfort throughout each procedure. He willingly explained in depth all of my options to restore my teeth and was not fazed by my many questions. His receptionists and assistants are simply the best around! Without any doubt, I would refer anyone to Medora Dental Clinic.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Medora Dental. The unprofessional conduct and unjustified fees have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.First and foremost, the lack of transparency and clarity regarding the cancellation policy and associated fees is highly concerning. Despite not confirming the appointments for my children, I was unexpectedly charged a $90 cancellation fee. This fee was imposed without any prior agreement or confirmation on my part, and I found it to be completely unjustified.Furthermore, the unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff, particularly during a phone conversation with Brooke, was truly disheartening. Her tone and mannerisms were rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I believe that patients should be treated with dignity and respect, and the unprofessional conduct I encountered at Medora Dental fell far below these standards.As a result of this negative experience, I have made the difficult decision to sever our patient relationship with Medora Dental. My children and I will no longer be seeking dental care at your clinic. Additionally, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Medora Dental to others based on the lack of professionalism and fair treatment I have experienced.I urge prospective patients to carefully consider their options before choosing Medora Dental. It is crucial to seek a dental practice that upholds transparency, respect, and fair resolution of disputes. Unfortunately, these qualities were sorely lacking in my interaction with Medora Dental.I sincerely hope that Medora Dental's management takes this feedback seriously and undertakes necessary improvements in their policies, communication, and customer service. Patients deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and fairness, and it is my hope that future experiences at Medora Dental will reflect these values.

My family has been going to Medora pretty much since they opened, never had a complaint. Still don’t have a complaint on the quality and care of Dr Ash and team, they are very good. My complaint is this…My step daughter recently moved I. With us and had not seen a dentist in over 3 years. She has dental coverage through Great West Life and Healthy Kids Program. She went for the initial checkup and X-rays. She needed 6 fillings and her wisdom teeth removed. We got an estimate from Medora and our out of pocket was going to be almost 1000.00. I found that ludicrous considering she has 1500.00 coverage through GWL and 2000.00 through Heathy Kids. So I decided to consult another 3 dentists. Not a single one had us paying anything out of pocket. She has all fillings done and teeth removed and not a cent was charged to us. I consulted with Medora team on the difference and they basically told me that Dr Ash charges the difference between Healthy Kids and the current dental fee guide, where other dentists just use the Healthy Kids fee guide not extra billing on top. Healthy Kids program is for those people with lower income. So I don’t understand why Medora dental would not take that into consideration when billing low income people. I never questioned their fees until now. Please moms and dads, if your child needs dental work and you are low income and can’t afford their fees over and above, please get some estimates from other dentists. My daughter has major anxiety with Dentists and the one she got all her work done at was amazing, calming, sweet and attentive.

Fantastic experience! They were so thorough for my first appointment as a new patient. Digital imaging, x-rays, photos, and a great cleaning. The hygienist was lovely and did a great job, and Dr. Ash was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave a new perspective on my oral health issue that no other dentist had suggested. Really excited to have found a reliable dentist!

The staff at Medora Dental Care are always welcoming and make sure that their clients are as comfortable as can be at a dentist. Our whole family uses Medora Dental, and are happy with all the services we've received!

I've had a history of bad dentists. From old school butchers to dentists that give no sympathy for pain or any confidence in their abilities. Medora is absolutely different. I unfortunately went through a period of many years without a dental visit and as such my teeth had some major issues. I went into Medora and immediately was faced with confidence in both their abilities, but also their interest in making sure the visit was a comfortable one. Dr Ash is absolutely fantastic in both his ability to make you comfortable as well as laying out options for care. I have the upmost respect for his ability to make sure that my teeth get the best care possible. I've recently had my third visit and could not recommend Medora more.Dr Ash, and his entire staff, are incredible. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been at this dentist for approx 9 years. I have always liked Dr Ash.I am very disappointed with the office manager. She feels it's acceptable for her front end staff to make errors and expects patients to pay for that 45 days after your appointment.I had questioned the staff about the price when I picked up my bit guard. They said it came back cheaper then anticipated from the lab. Even though it was pre-approved they made me pay in full. Said they would charge my dental plan. When it's paid they would refund me. After 3 weeks I called and they said nothing came through. After 5 weeks I called my benefits provider to find out the dental office processed it incorrectly. I called the office back and had them process it again. Called my provider again to find out it was declined again because they put it as an ortho piece for the second time. I called the dental office again and asked them to process it correctly, explained their error and put direct payment to me.Finally it was processed and I received my money back.Days later I received an email from the dentist office saying they made an error and I owe them money.This was not mentioned on the phone or when I asked during the original payment. In the email the reception mentioned that they can't Comp it because the dentist will lose his license. They told me to use my spend account for 2022.I asked the office how it's right this error gets passed onto me. The office manager feels is totally acceptable. I explained I used my spend account for last year because they told me I paid in full. The office manager advided me to submit it for this year. Which is poor advice, and not allowed.Her expectation is that I paid for their error. Does not seem to care that their error will cost me out of pocket.

The front office staff shine through and always set a welcoming, and calm atmosphere.Every hygienist has been great to deal with, and have amazing bedside manner. My young daughter who is sometimes suspicious of medical offices loves going in.I’ve had great experiences with both dentists even when dealing with my two crowns!I would 100% recommend Medora! It was recommended to us by close friends and they weren’t wrong.

Highly recommend, after not seeing a dentist in 20 years they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Will recommend to everyone i know.
