A solid place—can get good portions for a less costly price, and the service is very fast: we got our 4 items within 15 minutes of ordering, and in that time they also served two other customers.Each sub was $7.5 and the other dishes were around $12.The xuimai sub was a bit lacking in substance—there were four smallish meatballs spaced in the bread, although they were yummy. To fill up, I’d recommend a pork sub or a noodle dish (although some of the meats are a bit salty)A nice place with good service and tasty food :)

Simple delicious Vietnamese food at very reasonable prices. Combos are very generous. Vegetarian choices galore. Busy at lunchtimes. All day breakfast and sandwiches also available. Clean, well stocked washrooms.

A casual Viet place to swing by to satisfy Vietnamese cravings! I usually get take-out from here because it gets pretty stuffy in there - I think they need to have a better air ventilation system. You can definitely tell the air difference between inside and outside.I usually get their today specials which never seem to change and it never goes wrong!So far I've tried:- Today's special: Lemongrass chicken with Vermicelli with spring roll (4.5/5)

Great food and big portions, lovely staff. Had a lovely chat with the owner and the whole place felt very homey and personal. I would definitely recommend eating here!

I came at around 1pm and it wasn't too full. The lunch rush usually comes at 12pm so if you come after that a table is almost always guaranteed.I ordered the grilled chicken over vermicelli. They are very generous with the portion sizes and they give you lots of veggies. The chicken was flavourful and crispy. Not overly dry. My biggest issue with my dish was the noodles. They tasted a little bit like detergent/bleach (like just a hint) and so I couldn't finish the noodles. But other than that I would probably go with rice next time or try something else.The location is close to work and their portions and prices are okay for what you get.
