LG Electronics stood by its product. He replaces the back of my iPhone once. Three days later, it cracked or broke again on me. They replaced it later on that week. Outstanding service and performance. They definitely have a lifetime customer. Would recommend this place to anybody that needs to get their cell phone repaired.

Gave us top dollar for trade ins and recycled the ones that had no value. Also fixed our Nintendo Switch in a day. Great selection of games, accessories and music. Highly recommend them to anyone

Waited two weeks when they told me one week for a screen to come in for my phone. Apparently they didn't actually order it. Then once they did order it (another week of waiting) it was the wrong part. So ANOTHER four days later, I finally get it repaired. They REFUSED to give me ANY kind of discount. I waited 27 days for a repair I was told would be 5-7 worst case scenario. And now a few weeks after getting it done, I've noticed a new red spot on the top of my screen and I'm skeptical of a camera or something being placed there. It wasn't there before. And is very suspicious looking, being near to my normal front facing camera. Definitely not worth the stress of going here, but is cheapest ..... Might take a while month to repair though. Definitely don't recommend.

Had my PS5 disc version cleaned at LGS. The guys were friendly and I was able to come pick it back up same day. Only criticism I have is there were a lot of smudges on it when I got it back but they go inside the components to blow dust out so it’s understandable. Would highly recommend anyone that’s worried cleaning it themselves to bring it in and get cleaned.

The folks are very knowledgeable! Kind of a well kept secret, but more people should know about them and not waste their time calling dumb phone companies when LGS can probably fix it.

I dropped my iPad off at 5 pm and the screen was repaired by the time they were about to close! Super friendly staff as well. Thank you!

Fixed my corroded and unresponsive Nintendo Switch in 5 hours flat for less than half what it would've cost to send it into Nintendo, with a full rundown of exactly what went wrong too. 5 stars isn't enough to convey my satisfaction.

I brought my damaged phone in to see if it could be repaired. They spent a lot of time with it in the shop before deciding it wasn’t worth it. I returned the next day with a new problem that they patiently helped me with. After all of this, they didn’t charge me a penny. Nice folks to work with. If I ever need a cell phone repair in the future, I will go there immediately.

Nice honest secondhand electronic shop. Knowledgeable staff, decent selection, and they pay fair compared to most pawnshops/repair shops.

I rarely ever leave this place empty handed. Any where from buying stuffed aninals, pop, magic packs or singles, pokemon packs or singles. Having them fix my Xbox one. Staff is great and knowledgeable. It's a welcoming environment and you never know what treasures you will find!
