George's Home Appliance Service

Mike is always honest and does great work! He repaired my fridge a few years ago but it finally died and he was honest enough to tell us it wasn't worth fixing. I would highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to all again.

I definitely did not like have a great experience with George's Home Appliances. I needed to get my washer and dryer serviced which apparently they don't do. They just fix whatever is broken. The guy that showed up didn't even introduce himself. Our washer was giving us issues and he just said that a belt needed to be replaced but didn't have the part on him so it was going to be an extra visit for him to replace it which is extra $$ (and more time off work for me). Our dryer was squeaking but only happens later in the cycle when the dryer heats up. He turned it on and heard no squeaking so he said he'll only take it apart if he can hear it squeak. Now our dryer is really bad but I'd rather buy a new dryer than get him to service it. Suffice it to say we got NOTHING for the $80 we paid for his visit.

Customer service from this store has been very poor. We ordered a part for our washing machine over a month ago and still do not have it. We were told the part would take around 7 business days to arrive, we have been calling every few days to follow up and we’re being told that the part would come in the next day. We have now been informed after calling again to check the status of this part that it will not be in for another month. As a company you should be keeping track of your orders and if the status of a part changes this dramatically it would probably be a good idea to inform the customer.

Everything is polished up to look great but last 2 months. 60 bucks for a gander and your first born to fix. Complete waste of time and money, go else where.

As usual a wonderful Job ! Done quickly and efficiently. We have used George’s for over 20 years. Can’t give them higher praise. Value and service ! Thank you for saving us from Mount Washmore !

Called and they were here the next day. Service was quick, efficient and less costly than I expected. I was extremely impressed! Will definitely contact again should I have other appliance repair needs.

The absolute worst customer service. I was told less than a week for a part to be ordered for my rental, 3 weeks later no part and no explanation. Very poor service I would not recommend.

Hotel was acceptable, however; they claim to be pet friendly. Will check you in, no problem with a pet. Come check out time, they then announce their pet policy of a $75.00 charge. This lack of transparency at check in is disgusting. Train your front end staff better. Shame on you!

Parts for anything are taking longer to come in ...still...be prepared

Horrible, horrible man and neighbor! He throws snow and stones over the fence onto my friends car! He has absolutely no concern for anybody else but himself!
