Arashi-Do is such a well run and highly respected martial arts club. Instructors that care about your well being and martial arts journey! My family has been part of Arashi-Do for over 6 years and it has been a truly great experience and activity! Fantastic instructors, great people, fun and supportive!

Great instruction, lots of different class times, and a great group of people. If you're even considering trying out muay thai or jiu jitsu, just show up for a class. You won't regret it!

My middle child has been training with Sensei Gary for many years, starting at SLSC (before Arashi-Do Cochrane). After all these years, he's still enthusiastic about martial arts. I think his enthusiasm can be credited to the balanced atmosphere of discipline, variety and fun that Sensei Gary has created at Arashi-Do Cochrane.

Great culture for learning at this gym. The respect and support the instructors show the students is carried over to the student-student interactions as well. Very open and accepting community, makes it easy to get hooked whichever martial art you want to try. Personally doing Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu at this location.
