I can't say enough about Cristina. I would recommend her without any doubts. She's a great communicator, and she had ideas and suggestions for me when I wasn't sure what I wanted to do about things like ceremony order, speeches at the reception, etc. Amazing, amazing, amazing. She's the one who ran out to buy an adapter when we realized my phone (for ceremony music) didn't have an audio jack for the speaker. She also helped to run our dress rehearsal, and she helped organize our family for photos. Cristina is some of the best money we spent for our wedding - the peace of mind is so worth it, especially on a day like a wedding! I couldn't recommend her more!!

Cristina did an amazing job helping to plan and coordinate our wedding.I was feeling very overwhelmed with how to plan our day and coordinate all the vendors and timing. We hired her for her month of coordination package, and she went above and beyond to help us and took away as much stress as possible. She was always available to answer questions and problem solve when issues came up. We met with her several times leading up to the wedding, and had a few frantic phone calls when we ran into issues and she made everything work. She helped us to consider things we would never have even thought of throughout the whole process.On the day of she made the day run so smoothly that we felt we didn’t need to worry about a single thing since we knew she was there managing it, and were able to really enjoy the whole day and evening. She also did an amazing job setting everything up the night before.I would absolutely recommend her!

Thank you to Cristina for making my wedding day so special. She offered so much help and advice, not to mention her time and personal items. She probably learnt quite a bit taking on such a large wedding party and I must apologize as we weren't the easiest group to deal with lol. So thankful we hired her to make our day turn out perfectly and trust in your expertise. She did a wonderful job!

Cristina deserves 5 star!! At the beginning of our wedding planning, I was feeling very overwhelmed. Someone mentioned to me to hire a wedding planner. I never really thought of it at first but then I asked a group on facebook who the recommend and many ladies recommended Xtraordinary Events!I contacted Cristina and asked if she was available, and she was! Her price is very reasonable and within our budget so we decided to hire her!We had our first session with her 1 month before our wedding and after our session I immediately felt SOO much weight lifted off my shoulders. She took care of absolutely everything, was the main point of contact for all the vendors and made sure that my husband and I just relax, especially 1 month before our wedding.The night before our wedding, I seriously cannot express how amazing Cristina did on setting up everything at the hall. It was exactly what I had imagined doing. Everyone kept telling me she did an excellent job, which she did!People always say, the day of your wedding goes by so fast, which to be clear, it did. However, for me, it did, but it didn’t, and the reason is I had 0 stress that day. I literally got to sit back and just observes everything and soak it all in, and that’s all thanks to Cristina. She made sure we didn’t do a thing and just relax. She got us all donuts and coffee in the morning, made sure we were all ready in time, brought the guys coffee and donuts, like seriously, how amazing is that?!If you are thinking of hiring a wedding planner, please hire Cristina, she is absolutely amazing at what she does and you will not regret it!!

I 110% recommend Cristina's services! I got in touch with her a few years to be a preferred vendor and have always kept in touch ever since. Her work and attention to detail can be seen in the happy clients she has worked with, all of them with singing praises! I can't recommend her services enough!!!

Our wedding day couldn't have happened without Cristina! I'm so glad we had her help. She helped with so many aspects, from decorating, picking rentals up, setting up the timeline, and keeping the day running smoothly. Our guests said they've never been to a wedding that was so well organized and that was 100% thanks to Cristina. I would highly recommend her!

Highly recommend Cristina as your wedding coordinator!! My husband and I absolutely loved her, my husband always said throughout our planning with her that he was scared of her lol..in a good way!! She was so easy going yet good at her job and always knew when to get down to business. Cristina helped our day run so smooth despite things following out of place or not going as plan, she did so well taking charge and making it all work. Cristina was kind, compassionate, organized, driven, assertive and overall was just an amazing human as well as planner. She is highly skilled in her trade and knows exactly what she is doing. I enjoyed working with her so much. She was fun, and helped me navigate the wedding planning process and honestly helped take off a ton of stress. She made our day run perfectly. I would definitely hire Cristina again. She is just a great person, and wonderful to work with!

She coordinated my wedding and did an amazing job the day of, kept us ahead/on schedule, and even helped me during the final month when my dress needed to be fixed. Saw Christina do her thing at a girlfriends wedding a couple weeks ago and she was phenomenal. My girlfriend also said she would have done it ten times over, that’s how satisfied she was with her. Highly recommend. Amazing organization and very task oriented.
