Darren and his team have been faithful supporters and partners with YFC Regina, where we work with at-risk youth. We could not continue to do the work we do and serve our community without the Support of local businesses like Floors by Design. This place is my go to for all my flooring needs. I won't even think of shopping around. I bought Armstrong Luxe Vinyl plank for my 2 retail stores and it looks beautiful and is very durable. They helped me when first choosing this as in my shops I was concerned about high traffic wear and tear. Also as a note I now also buy cleaning supplies to keep the floors looking the best. I always get great greetings and service even for small purchase of bottles of cleaner.

Floors By Design has tons for product options for all budgets. Their friendly staff went above and beyond educating us about each product type and helping us design the perfect look for our home! Since they are locally owned and offer expert advise, I highly recommend them to all of my friends.

We recently put new windows in our front room and were needing new blinds. We thought we would just replace the front three window treatments, but after having Michelle J. come in and measure things up, we decided to do all 5 windows in our living room. Michelle was absolutely amazing!!! She made us feel comfortable from the minute she walked through our door, she is very knowledgeable about the window treatments that they offer (Hunter Douglas) and we felt extremely comfortable with our choice. We had the installer on staff come and install them, he too did an amazing job. Needless to say, we could not be happier with our blinds and will be calling in the very near future to replace a couple more in our house. We will not go anywhere else but Floors By Design for any of our flooring or window treatment purchases. We have truly never felt more comfortable dealing with any other company in the city as we have with Michelle, the installer and the people at Floors By Design. They are there for you, for any question you might have and are very wonderful to deal with. We cannot thank you all enough and highly recommend you to anyone who asks!!

We went to Floors by Design when looking to put flooring in our rec room and bedroom in our basement. Floors was priced great and the service was amazing. They were very patient with us an helping us get the right flooring. From the time to place our order and have it installed was very quick!.

After looking for blinds for quite some time, I finally had Michelle from Floors by Design give me a hand - I'm so glad. She helped me with the process from start to finish and with her expertise, her professionalism, and prompt and efficient service, I would not consider going anywhere else. The installation was completed in a timely manner by another professional who also demonstrated the same qualities. We had a great experience using this company. I called for a quote to have our basement carpeted. Someone came that week to measure and I received the quote the following day. They were able to match the carpet with the rest of our condo, so that was a bonus. Floors by Design’s quote with install, was $1000.00 cheaper than Home Depot.They came to install carpet on the day scheduled and the job was completed with a high level of craftsmanship.A friendly woman called to follow up after the job was completed to see if we had any concerns. We will be using this company when we change the flooring in our new home.Thanks again for the great experience.
