Love it. Nice people to deal with.

We live in Hudson Mews and it is under Townline management. I love my unit it has in suite laundry. The security system is very convenient. They will immediately come to the area anytime you have concerns. The manager was also nice and accommodating. I have some request for fix and they immediately accommodate me. It is non smoking building and pet friendly. Perfect for young couples as mostly who live here are. Neighbour’s are nice and friendly. I’m so amazed how quite is. It is also very close to bus stop so we don’t need to drive. The maintenance cleaner is very diligent too do her job weekly. thanks to her. Overall it’s great to live here!

Great place to live great place to work

Pathetic service, I wish I could rate zero stars -Two weeks ago I called the then Peterson property Mgrs to view apartments in Hudson Walk 1&2. I was told to apply on their website and I would get an email/call. 2 days later I sent a follow up email. I received a call from Guy, and it was clear my application hadn’t been reviewed. After many ignored emails and follow up calls made by me - I finally was able to view a condo yesterday. Again it was clear he had forgotten he made the appointment. Over and over I told about the switch to townline was very stressful. At no point did anyone take accountability for the poor service and apologise. Not good enough! Do better
