From the moment I called Nick, he diagnosed the issue within 2 mins on the phone of 1 of 3 problems. When he arrived to my home within half an hour. He went right to the issue and started working on it. Explained other tips in regard to my system. Nick installed a pool heater for me. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I needed anything gas. He was on-time, reasonably priced and very thorough in his work.

Nick helped us install a new AC unit. The cost was very reasonable, and he was very detailed in his work. He was also punctual, professional, responsive to our messages, and provided us with great advice when we had questions. He even helped us with some extra work that was needed and also installed our new smart thermostat at no extra cost. Really amazing customer service and we are extremely satisfied with all the work he did for us. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I proactively decided to replace my old 2 ton AC unit before it failed and selected AirPro based on all the positive reviews I read. I can now attest that the reviews say it well and I'm adding my name to the list of positive endorsements of Nick. Quality, punctual, professional, price - ticked all the boxes and no need to look at other AC Service providers. I am a handy home fix-it person that wanted to relocate the AC unit to other side of my house - Nick provided excellent advice and legal requirements on how to make this happen. I cleared the work areas and provided some minor set up items before he arrived to do the work. He actually gave me a credit for making his job a little easier. Great guy - I'm calling him back later in the year for water tank replacement and highly recommend him for any HVAC needs.
