Tom is lucky I have to give a star. I called to ask a simple question. He was rushing me and sounded annoyed. He disrupted me when I was trying to clarify the two short sentences he said. He told me that I am not a client so he's not going to give me information and waste his time. I told him that I was simply trying to inquire about documents I need to file my claim. (Potentially with his business) He was extremely rude. Needless to say I will never give him my business or recommend LDA Income Tax.

My experience with Tom was excellent. I was able to file my tax return through him after leaving Canada and returning to the Caribbean. The process was smooth, no hassle. Tom was courteous and his responses were prompt. Would definitely recommend.

I've been getting my taxes (Personal and business) done by Tom for the last two years and I honestly couldn't be happier. He is patient, professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. Finding a trustworthy accountants is really hard and trust me... prior to LDA has not been a good experience. LDA gives you that piece of mind. I highly recommend you give them a call. If I could give 6 stars I trully would.
