Riverside Ironworks.

This was a terrible company to have my front gate installation. After several weeks of being promised to come, no one would follow up as to why they were not coming. Finally tracking down someone, the installation was done about 4 weeks late. The installers left a huge mess all over our new landscaped grass. I called to speak to the owner and have waited over 3 weeks. No one has bothered to call me back. Today I get an email showing my outstanding payment with no word of anyone calling me back or apologizing or following up. Never ever go with this company. Find someone else to give your money to.

Customer Service Extraordinary. I would highly recommend this company as I continue to use them year after year. Competitive quote-creative ideas-top notch salesperson. Installation team was on time and delivered as quoted. The end product exceeded my expectations. Don't bother with anyone else--Riverside Ironworks is the best.

Extremely pleased. I had railings done in steel down the pathways/stairs in my yard. They look great, and are really well made, heavy and solid. Just the look I was after. I am now contemplating getting railings from Riverside in other areas of the home that I wasn't considering before.

The team at Riverside were amazing. Erik and Johnny were great to deal with. They designed and built us a beautiful spiral staircase and it is even better than we imagined. It’s sturdy, non slip and also beautiful. We are thrilled.We also had them install glass seamless railings on our deck. Their team did a great job and it turned out perfectly.They were professional and so nice to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Johnny and the team at Riverside Ironworks were fantastic start to finish. They were very fast to come see our property and discuss what our needs were for a custom glass patio covering. Production was fast and flexible to fit in with our contractors we had on site. Install was seamless and it was clear the team had done this type of work many times! We are very happy with the quality of the structure and also the service we received. Recommended!

Over many years and several projects in our townhouse complex I've had only positive experiences with this company. From my first call through to completion this company was very fair and professional. Our new railings and two repaired gates look great and Eric’s pricing was the best in town. Paolo and Russell were super friendly and efficient and showed pride in their work. I certainly recommend Riverside Ironworks.

Our strata condominium needed a safety gate to be installed behind an entrance door on top of a stairway going down to the basement. As the VP of our council, I and one other council member contacted three local venders including Riverside Ironworks. The Riverside manager visited the site and produced a professional drawing of the metal gate. We got two quotes. Riverside Ironworks' price was significantly lower. We signed a contract. Within a month the gate was fabricated and installed. The gate was inspected and approved by W. Vancouver's code inspection staff member. In a nutshell: The finished job is superb. The team is very customer friendly, professional, and highly efficient. Our sincere thanks to Riverside Ironwork.

Chris and his crew were awesome! We did have a few issues with the install, just little things and these things happen, and I can't say enough about the customer service from Riverside to get things right and ensure we were satisfied with our two fences. Chris was great throughout the whole process with showing up for a quote when he said he would, installing our two fences when we booked our time, and was always responsive and available when we reached out to him to deal with some issues.Overall, it's so great to deal with an honest company and I highly recommend Riverside to anyone looking for railings, gates & fences.Thank you Chris and everyone at Riverside!!

Very pleased with the final security gate from Riverside Ironworks. Photo doesn't do it justice because I didn't clean behind the gate first. Pricing was good, and I appreciated them supplying pricing for other security bars that I may need in the future. They supplied a color specifier of the powder coating selection and that was helpful, and the photos on their website gave me a clear idea of their design work from past projects.
