Skimikin Lake Recreation Site
Nice camping site with beautiful lake for $15 a night. Remember to bring mosquito spray because there were lots of them at night. We went there before the smoke got worse in BC. Also we were surprised of seeing horses on the camping site. That was pretty cool.

We stopped here for 1 night and it was fantastic. Super quiet and beautiful. Leanne was very helpful and friendly. Would most definitely come back!

We enjoy fishing at Skimikin Lake, BC. Nice little lake with camp sites. We avoid the weekends and instead fish/camp during the week.

Very beautiful scenery. Nice secluded park. We stopped for lunch. There wasn’t a well set up day area. Launch area for canoes, kayaks and paddle boards.

Nice location, beautiful place well kept for a campsite. Amazing staff, clean water. Only dislike was not more beach area for kids to play.

Recently, I found this spot a couple of years ago. I love it there but every time we go we are harassed by the camp site attendant. I got 3 kids, and we go out there to look at all the turtle tadpoles and fish, but it's not enjoyable cause of that lady. Sad to say, but we won't be camping there again just for that reason. Just take my money and let me camp in peace. Make sure u know all ur provincial park rules or else!!!
