Stopped here on my way back from Muskoka. This place feels lively and has a lovely atmosphere. There were other businesses located inside the building. The place was well maintained and clean. They were short staffed for some reason because the service was very very slow.

We ordered 4 hash browns, waited 15 minutes (drive through got their orders ahead of us) then we were told we have to wait another 5 minutes (sold all the hash browns to drive through customers). We got our money back and left. There were 4 others waiting at the counter as long as us who were not very happy either. It wasn’t due to staff shortage either as there were lots of workers, just not efficient ones!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Short line up, 30 minute wait to receive the wrong order and cold food.Lots of people doing absolutely nothing and chit chatting behind the counter while paying customers are waiting around crowding up the place. Would’ve been faster to order a pizza via deliver. Absolutely ridiculous.

Asked for a large coffee and it was only two thirds full. Didn’t enjoy my soggy potato wedges either. Workers didn’t know what they were doing. I wouldn’t come back to this location if they had the last drop of coffee on the planet

Only ate half my wrap. Was cold. Threw it out. Coffee wasn't fresh... couldn't understand person at cash.... not a good experience

Not only are all the employees rude and off-putting, I don't think they've ever got my order right. I keep hoping they'll get it right one day but it hasn't happened yet.

Located in a service station along a busy highway, this Tim's is a hit and miss. Today was a big miss. How can you only have one person working the counter on a busy long weekend. 15 mins in line for a coffee? Do what the airport location does, have a beverage only line and another line to serve what you call food". I had to take a photo of the long line of disgruntled customers waiting and complaining to each other. This is not a complaint about the staff as they can only do so much

Had the Anything Bagel sandwich and a large coffee! Perfect breakfast on a cool and rainy day. Staff there all seemed to like their job, excellent customer service!

We went through drive through for some dinner today their service was very quick the lady at the window was very friendly the tried habenaro wrapit was very fresh will come again
